Smoky, charred chicken is always a good idea and no chain has proliferated as much as Riverside Indonesian. Lavished with ladles upon ladles of sauces- think curry, soy based braised sauces, your rice packs spice and savoury goodness in every bite. I found the chicken to be a bit on the small portion, and generally the set couldn’t fill me up. I had added an egg- fried to perfection in lots of oil, and was not filled up yet. I have to say add on another chicken leg if it’s payday and this meal will satisfy your needs!

My fav grilled chicken!! So saucey and delicious. Can skip the fish though, not very nice. Best is still their chicken.

Wanted to try as I saw quite a number of people around the Kopitiam eating this! There’s not much queue here because there’s only a few set options on the menu and they serve pretty fast. I like that the set comes with quite a few things - meat, egg and vege! Chicken meat served were all thigh, so meat is really tender and portion is good too! Asked for more sauce, which they gladly and generously gave me too, and we even agreed this type of rice is nicer with more gravy 😂 Recommend! Next time, I want to try grilled fish!

the new auntie at the cashier is super stingy with the curry sauce. it wasn't even enough to cover the rice. i even asked nicely for more sauce but she only gave less than half a ladle's worth, still gave me attitude & glared at me.

Ordered grilled with squid. Was expecting more squid.. Grilled chicken was ok.

Not bad BBQ the chicken is quite grilled well quite good and quite well love it delicious the best Indonesian BBQ fantastic BBQ

Very bad experience here.. the chicken are over cooked very hard and dry. I bring to exchange and, still the same! not recommend to eat at tampines mall food court.. cus i eaten the same dish in nex mall 4th floor food court. The chicken there much more tender and delicious!
