I recommend their chocolate soft serve it's pretty nice and creamy. I also tried their origin cake. The chocolate mousse part is good and not too sweet but the cake part is rather dry. I don't recommend their ice chocolate it's not to my liking. Tastes too much like a powdered chocolate drink to me.

Went during a weekday last week. Definitely a place for those who love dark chocolate and coffee. Cake, coffee and ice cream tasted average. Good for dessert but may be too rich for some. Friendly staff :) Not much seats available due to social distancing.

Bought a regular chocolate cake and a tub of ice cream. Cake and ice cream are very rich in real coco. Not too sweet too but very dry. Overall the taste just ok for me. The service was really unfriendly and welcoming. My friend wanted to ask about the size of the chocolate cake inside the display fridge, the staff just stood still at the cashier counter and reluctant to walk nearer.

Not really enjoyable to be honest. I can't believe I'm saying this but their chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream were not good enough. Even though it was chocolate. The ice cream was too bitter, the cake had this funny texture that I didn't quite enjoy. Staff was friendly though, also a nice place to wind down before flight.

It’s a chocolate shop so I expect the chocolate drink to be good. The lady serve the hot chocolate in paper cup with the lid spill with the milk. It doesn’t feel right when the u dirty the lid and still pass to customer, so I asked the staff to change it. After she change the lid, I get to drink it and it has too much milk and taste very little chocolate. I try to accept but it is worst than Milo drink. So I tell the lady staff and she said she will make again for me. When she deliver new cup of drink, I noticed the lid has some lips stain on it. I think she used the same cup of drink to add some chocolate powder, covered back with the old lid and return the same drink to me. I open up the lid and noticed the powder didn’t melt evenly. I honestly think that the staff in the shop has low standard and deliver low quality of drink. Don’t waste ur time and money here. There are better place for a drink.

Ordered a dark chocolate cake. Shop was very helpful. I called and was attended by Razali. He packed the cake in advance & provided all blue candles as requested. Have been ordering from CO for last 7 years !

Worst customer service i ever experienced. Seriously. All 3 lady staff serves order with long faces 🤦🏻♀️ simple question about the menu,they will answer u as if you’re asking a stupid question. It’s my first time to order because your cake looks good,but i dont think i will be coming back to your Jewel branch anytime soon even if it’s the most accessible location near me and my workplace. See, i haven’t even tried ur cake yet and im already giving my review while otw home. 🤦🏻♀️

Loved rich gelato. You can literally feel the dark cocoa flavor and sugar is minimal to ensure you are having just the right taste. If you love dark chocolate, this is the place to go for sure.
