I order online take away and it said will be done estimate 6.30pm but reached there at 6.30+ and they told me order was not done yet so I waited another 1h and still not done yet…. Terrible experience. Suggest not to order here

Ordered at 5:18PM and estimated time of collection informed via the Pizza Hut app stated 5:33PM. Actual collection: 6:00PM. So about a half hour difference as to what was promised. So future customers might want to keep expectations in check. Pizza was hot and good. Burnt cheesecake tasted like normal cheesecake. And for 6 dollars, you’re better off spending it on a cheesecake sold elsewhere. I doubt that this dessert was made from scratch so it’s not the cook’s fault obviously. Cheers!

So, don't know if you're delivering pizzas or trash. Order from here if you want pizzas topped with cardboard. Good for digestion, I guess.

Nice and friendly staff. Always buy pizzas from Boon Lay CC outlet because the amount of the ingredients they put is on point, not much not less but just perfect.
