I had ordered takeout for two. Coffee was not available. Only 3 sachets of chili sauce were handed out considering the many items we ordered. The fries were a bit soft and the chicken was a little dry. They looked kind of miserable though the taste remains palatable. The team should anticipate a higher volume of the crowd in the evening and deploy the number of staff necessary.

Not a bad KFC outlet the disadvantage is you have to wait for your food for sometime not the best KFC outlet Their breakfast meals aren’t bad too

I don't know what's with KFC, or just this outlet in particular, but their miss rate is noticeably above average. In the few times I dine in with a couple other people, I find that the employees always find something in my order to forget. Missing fries, wrong drinks, you name it. Ordering for yourself is fine though. It's immediately noticeable, because one item is like a third of the order. Oh and, the fried chicken is dry and salty. I only come to eat the rice bucket or the zinger (stacker) burger, because everything else is poor in comparison to other brands.

Ordered takeaway cheesy stacker meal (inclusive of 1 side, s fries, 1 chicken, 1 burger, 1 drinks). However, i only receive 1 burger, 2 fries and 1 drink. Missing chicken and coleslaw despite i added extra for med coleslaw. Really disappointing.

staff rude and plastic bag was found in my drink?!? how can this even happen, we dont expect excellent service from a fast food chain but finding the whole plastic bag meant for the drink in the drink itself is too much ruined my meal.

Loved the service here, the Malay lady counter staff was really patient and polite. I ordered the new drumlets boxes. Food was good as expected; however drumlets were not as spicy as in the past. Wish it had been spicier but overall experience was good. 👍

Ordered 2 pieces meal with one original and one crispy, original colour is so dark and harder then crispy chicken. Mash potato taste weird also

Bad service, when my orders come, they give short of 2 orders, i must ask 1 by 1, first I thought need to waiting more. i give the staff check my receipt, she not even check trough. then ask me what? Then i must tell her my juice after give me the juice she do other customer order, then i must ask again my chicken spicy dipper box and come without the sauce then I must ask the sauce ( it’s chicken box with sauce) and give me the not happy face. Come on KFC, i buy food, it’s you the one never give me complete orders why make like the feelings we ask food for free??

Egg tarts are nice but service isn't good maybe lack of training and a mess 😜 floor is oily not well cleaned.

There’s a teachers pet in the store who always takes life seriously and doesn’t give more cheese for the cheese fries.Bro gave me 20% of cheese from a normal cheese fries and calls it the standard.That’s crazy.its like finishing 5 questions from a 20 mark question and expecting to pass the test. Absolutely mind boggling.

Medium mashed potato taste sourish and look brownish instead of white compared to other outlet.(not the brown sauce). However the service crews are very nice and allow me to change to colesaw instead. soggy cheese fries but they deliver the food fast and crews are polite. Coke taste great, gassy. Dine in at about 7.30pm on 06 Jan 2024.

Untrained Staff. No professionalism. Ordered Valentines Day pizza set thatcomes together with desserts hazelnut no dip. But desserts was not serve with pizza. When I asked where is my hazelnut I was told hazelnut paste added inside pizza already. Seriously????? I asked boy to go check with your chef. He came back say “Hold on we preparing now”. Hello? We are done with food already now you preparing?? After a few minutes he came again and ask to wait because that “guy” who knows how to make desserts went to toilet haven’t come back. Seriously??? This is Pizza Hut standards?

A spacious restaurant, with good atmosphere and comfortable seating. The staffs there are very friendly. Special thanks to Mathi, who is very helpful and accommodating, throughout a birthday lunch session we arranged for my daughter and her friends. He even went the extra miles to help us get back a balloon which had flown off to the ceiling. This outlet is highly recommended!

Ordered egg tart on 3rd March via app at around 9.45pm, but what I didn't know that they have ran out of egg tarts already as I was not at the shop yet. But they kindly stayed back and helped to prepare my order, by the time the egg tart was ready, it was like 10.15pm already. Sorry to make them stay back, but really appreciate by the efforts of the young staffs present
