Staff unsure of quantities to put in.. another staff not helpful. In the end my salad bowl is half full (the shape of bowl is small at the bottom so not really half). I had to remind to add cheese.. @Subway, you can at least save plastic by reducing bowl size! 😂

Cookies are the best at subway. Watsmore, customer service is very good for a small branch at 100am. Good place with ambient seating. Although a little expensive, still worth a visit as there rarely is anyone there(sad). But, despite all that try checking it out if u wish to have a quick bite

Worst service from the guy staff called Joseph. The subway management really should reflect his atitude towards customer. It was so bad, so impolite. Very bad experience.

Subway like all subways throughout Singapore. This place have plenty of tables so it is good for a group. The staff is friendly and fast service, but veggie options are limited.

Foods were standard like usual. Service was great. Staffs were attentive and helpful. A bit cramped when it comes to seatings though but overall is ok.

i bought a egg mayo + chicken ham, the person serving me was so rude! i stood there for close to 2 minutes she walked in to the back when she clearly saw me , and when she served me she was using a very rude tone. she didn’t even say sorry to keep me waiting. this type of attitude shouldn’t be in the service line!! my friends told me about the bad service at the this store, i didn’t believe it as im a customer that oftens orders grabfood pickup but when i came and bought it myself i believed it! wont even order grabfood or visit this store again!

Tried a few times around 9pm after gym. The service is too bad that you need to experience it yourself. They try to urge you to decide immediately, but give you wrong sauce What’s the point. If do not want to open at 9pm. Better close it.
