Was once my favourite fast food but after yesterday experience, I don’t think I will ever eat it again. The gravy was so diluted that it was like water. How can you serve us food in this kind of standard. Very very disappointed. Please get more staff when you know that there’s always crowded during dinner time. Waited for more than 30mins for 1 meal is ridiculous. The only good thing about this outlet is the floor staff. The auntie was very helpful and polite.

The service is very bad. I ordered my food when I heard my order number I went to the counter and to my surprise, they just left it on the counter! And i need to guess if the food at the counter is mine. Not so busy also but the filipino lady is totally ignoring me, i need to wait for someone to approach me if i need something. Beside is not even busy to settle a 1 minute order hand over to me. Suddenly a person just came in and ask me (YES??!) ??? What a rude way though. I told him that my order comes with drinks right?! I had to wait there very long, even though they see me standing. Not recommended at all❌ not worth it to even eat here! Waste of my time!!

Serves food like numbers are fictional and queues haven't been invented. Massive backlog of people waiting to collect their food and the staff takes their time to lovingly caress each item before bagging them. Repeatedly calls 2 numbers who haven't collected while neglecting the bags upon bags of food ready to go behind them. Turns away customers whose numbers are on those very bags. Ignores customers trying to get their attention. Berated a customer for not picking up his food when called, when he had been ignored earlier while doing precisely that. If I wanted to experience an agonizing wait for my time while getting humiliated, I would go to prison instead of ordering at this outlet. Fries are still better than McDonald's tho.

Supervisor for sure super lousy. Schedule closed 10pm but 915pm almost half restaurant tables are compulsory closed. So lousy and yet customer service where she just shouted at the auntie cleaner to demand to close the table and dont let all other customers who still on the q maybe to eat and STAND. SUCH AN "AWESOME" ATTITUDE TO CHASE CUSTOMER!!

HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS. I approached the counter to change my order as they gave me spicy instead of original. I saw the staff empty a whole batch of oil/sauce onto the floor and into what looked like a floor drain, beside a huge bin and right beside where the ready food is stacked. The staff member placed my chicken back to the pile and I had to remind him it was already bitten into after I tasted it to be spicy. Back at the seating area, they were using a bleach mixture to sanitize tables which is a foul smell to have while eating your meal. One of the worst outlets, will never revisit.
