Normally don't eat Popeyes but the chicken here was especially juicy and tender here. Like how Popeye are experimenting with new flavours. The sides here were great too! Only issue was the service speed which wasn't too fast for the chicken. Luckily they served the sides first!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and enjoyed the food! Btw, the way to get there is from the outside of the mall (2nd floor is locked due to covid restrictions)..walk towards the bike parking on the left of the mall entrance, take the escalator up next to Ride Side, then walk straight and turn right. It’s just beside F45.

First served with fries that were cold...but were replaced when asked..spacious place to eat. They do not provide hot drinks like tea and coffee which is not good if you have recovered from sore throat.

Love this outlet as it isn’t crowded on a weekend. Can enjoy your food peacefully

Did not enjoy the fried chicken here. Food getting on par with KFC. Chicken not as fresh as Texas. Coleslaw taste funny.

After many attempts in the past to locate this particlar outlet, I finally found it after following a trail of "footprints" scattered along the corridors of the Kallang Wave mall this afternoon. The food and service is as good as all the other outlets in town.

Fast food restaurant with slow service. There was only 2 counter staff, 2 kitchen staff and 1 floor staff clearing tables on a weekend (10/6). Self-service machines were not operational in use. You will need to queue to place order, then wait again another queue to collect your food/drinks. Service was non existent. If you have the patience, go ahead. Else forget it. The restaurant won’t take the initiative to improve it.

this is my third time here and it’s been the same each time. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I’m never coming back. The chicken was tasteless. It was all cooked hours before it was served to be eaten. Dry. My kids had to force themselves to eat the fries. And didn’t even eat the nuggets. This is after riding our bikes from Papayo to the sports hub. And then roller skating around the dome three times. My kids dine out all over Singapore and they have a good appetite and eat all their food usually. I took one bite of the tender (blah) and couldn’t even find the meat on a piece of chicken that came with it. . The breading on the chicken is dry and overcooked. When I looked at the reviews for the past six months, there’s lots of bad reviews. The good reviews all seem to be fake reviews. Similar photo shots of the food glazed with Sauces. Overall, I’d have to say that this place is understaffed doesn’t have enough business poorly trained and doesn’t have enough turnover to satisfy or provide freshly cooked chicken. It’s definitely not Louisiana standard. And absolutely Singapore chicken standard.. :-( :-(

Worst food I had in a long time. Worlds apart from the one at Novena. I thought it was only the chicken that was extremely dry, but that was before I ate their biscuit which is normally still leaning towards moist. Given the time and effort to come to this particular outlet, I think no one should consider coming here. Head somewhere else where the chicken is cooked and sold fast so that you don't get the dried out stuff that they sold here. Complete waste of time and money.

To be honest , it’s in a peak hour with lots of people coming in , I saw only the front service girl doing everything by herself handling the customers.Pity her but she still manage with it .As I saw in other F&B , there’s always many other staffs even the manager or the store manager would came and help , but here, there’s no one came to control it and only 1 person handling it and I’m not sure that the person handling the front have enough rest or what , I can see the exhausted face . From my opinion, in F&B if no one there came to help each other , the F&B will easily loses customers and there should be enough rest for the staffs too. I hope the management can solve or arrange it.

I wish i was joking when im writing this review but no. I came to eat on 14/11 around 3pm and I ordered the Siracha Chicken Meal with Whipped potato. The chicken seemed fine but the whipped potato i realised was watery which is assumed is from the evaporation.I came home feeling sore and sick, which followed by me vomiting constantly throughout the night till 15/11. Why do i think its from Popeyes, it’s because it’s the only thing i ate that day before feeling horrible. Management pls check on your products

This is an average Popeyes branch which I realized is the only branch located somewhat in the East. They have closed down the Popeyes on Tampines and this is the closest one for the folks living in the East. I came by on a weekend and there was a steady crowd coming in periodically, even though the branch was not crowded. Most people will come in, finish their meal and leave, so you will be pretty much guaranteed a seat. There are quite a few teenagers visiting this branch, which is the demographic of the mall with the sports facilities close by. Staff service was alright, nothing to shout about. They were not friendly but not rude either. Just a normal fast food branch with run of the mill service. Food wise, it took a while for the fried mushrooms to be ready, but we were informed beforehand. The chicken was fantastic as usual and their mash potatoes are always a favorite. I will come back to this branch as it is the only branch located in the East.

Not sure why there is price surge. Staff (in Popeyes uniform) sells 10 dollar spicy chicken sandwich during concert days outside the outlet. No receipt will be provided. Not sure if this is normal practice

Popeye's fried chicken used to be a go-to place for fried chicken. But the last visit was really disappointing. The fried chicken is dry and tasteless. The biscuit is a letdown too. A family of three usually will finish all the biscuits but this time, we could not even finish one piece for each of us. Popeye's needs to buck up.

Self order through touchscreen machine, hasslefree. Place was clean, aircond blasting cold, nice to be in, on a very hot day. Cajun fries was good, right amount of serving. The wings though, ain't the best at all, not to my liking. Taste of the spice was just off. Should have stuck to my normal chicken tenders.
