Im really not much of pastry person, don't indulge much actually. Once in a while a piece of egg tart or maybe a cupcakes just to ease the cravings but sweet tooth I definitely am not. So, I received these. First impressions, good packaging, sturdy and definitely easy to carry in a bag. The box contains 4 mixed muffins, a chocolate oreo, a dark chocolate disc topping, cheese and a plain one I suppose. Not much of a variety I guess. Taste test, hhmmm ... putting it simply, it's just "nice". Nothing fantastic and nothing to rave about, so the best word to describe it, "ok lah". The muffins were both moist and dry, with a hint of taste and flavoring. If not for the toppings I guess it's justa plain ol' cake. Like I said, it's not great but it's not bad. Something I would travel just to get? Nah .... Also I read some of the other feedbacks and I am rather disturbed and if the management has done anything to address the issues. It's is a huge cause for concern. For now, a huge NO, to visiting their outlet. Packaging: 4 / 5 Flavour: 2.5 / 5 Overall : Meh

Would ONLY recommend their pastries which are really good. Toast and coffee/tea are of average, maybe a little below, standard. Too high a price to ask for an average cup of coffee.

3.50sgd for lemon barley but the cup is full of ice.Very little drink.

Kopi & tarts, please educate your staff to being polite to the customer. There is this chinese lady staff with short hair in the cashier yesterday evening was so rude and this is my 2nd time encounter her with her terrible service. There are many customer complaints about her of being rude and arrogant. Send her to some customer service course she need that the most. Had to face her irritating face when we place in the order.

Went today and ask for less ice but the ice still consist 2/3 of the cup. We are paying XXL price for a XXL drink not the amount of Ice! Please improve the service and quality of the beverage!!
