📷 ORIGINAL YUZU RAMEN 🥓 I didn't like it. Perhaps individuals who like sour or tangy flavour could give it a try. It was difficult for me to finish this bowl of ramen. Stupid me ordered a sour ramen knowing I didn't like sour stuff. 🤔 🤑 Pricey, portion size was small, don't look at the size of the bowl. What is inside is very little. Not value for money. This portion should be priced lower. 🕡 When I visited there is a queue and had to wait for around 30 mins. The wait for food is not long after you are seated. 🔥 Will not patronise again. Not because of the food I tasted, but the price is not affordable.

Nice place for halal Ramen. Ordered the spicy duck ramen and yuzu chicken char siew ramen. Both have quite thick broth and noodle has a nice chewy texture. Still lacks some qualities to authentic Japanese Ramen but definitely worth a try in general and for the muslim community.

Nov 2022 Have been coming to eat continuing since Sept 2022 regularly alternate week. Unfortunately standard dropped. Chicken slices are smaller. Previously soup was too salty but in November, saltiness was adjusted after 2 feedback. Chicken slices shrinked. Unable to give 5 stars. Sept 2022 - 5 stars Delicious Halal Chicken Ramen. The soup is rich and tasty but you will need to order water/beverages as you will feel thirsty. 5stars for good food and reasonable pricing, nice staff too. Must come!

The tendon is not to be missed here! The hot and crispy seafood and vegetables, fluffy rice and a delicious sauce make the tendon a very filling and delicious meal. The spicy ramen is also jam-packed with flavour in every spoonful of soup. Pricing-wise is also quite decent as each item is below $15 which is rare for a Japanese restaurant. Furthermore it is halal certified. Overall it is a very hearty meal and would love to come back again!

Tried the chicken ramen and beef don and hojicha. The chicken ramen is meh, soup not flavorful and flavored egg overcooked. Beef don is okay.

Halal-friendly place! The ebi tempura and beef don was a little lacking for me in terms of portion, i would have liked more beef slices or at least onions to ‘cover up’ the rice. my friends ordered their signature ebi don and it looked a lot more filling, so that was good. Taste wise was not too bad! I enjoyed the sauce for the beef and the tempura was well cooked. A decent meal.

I always order either the spicy chicken ramen or the ebi tempura & tar tar fried chicken don when I dine here. This time round, I ordered the ramen. This is a close contender for the best ramen IMO, tied with Ichikokudo's original ramen. Only wish is if they could give more chicken chashu slices as I only counted 3 slices in this bowl. The membership is really worth it as you can get cash rebates for every visit which you can use for your next visit. It's free too! Just that you can't stack it with Shopback (where you can earn cashback).

Ordered the Signature Tendon $14.90 and Ebi Tempura & Tar Tar Fried Chicken Don $13.90 with my teenage boy and we were really full after eating. We came on a Saturday morning at 11.15 am so it wasn't crowded. The 5 pcs Chicken Gyoza $5.90 is not worth eating as they are too soft, tasted like steamed Gyoza. The Chocolate Banana Waffle $7.90 with Tendon order is a huge serving enough for 2 to 3 pax. Value for money. Overall, I love my Signature Tendon and shared the fish and prawn with my boy and in the end, we agreed the food is fabulous. Miso soup is not too salty too. I will come to this restaurant again but not sure that I will try the ramen given the bad reviews. I was too excited to eat the Tendon so photos are from their online ordering menu. I will add my photos when I visit this restaurant again.

Paid $52 for this 2 pax meal. Ramen lacks authenticity, the entire bowl in general resembles instant noodles. Tempura was good, but the beef don was seasoned too sweet. Gyoza lacks texture, similar to frozen ones. Takoyaki was hot and seems freshly made.

7 April 2023 Update Food quality has dropped so much. Soup base diluted but glad it is less salty because I requested for less salt. Chicken slices even smaller than when it first opened at Northpoint. Nov 2022 Have been coming to eat continuiously since Sept 2022 regularly alternate week. Unfortunately standard dropped. Chicken slices are smaller. Previously soup was too salty but in November, saltiness was adjusted after 2 feedback. Chicken slices shrinked. Unable to give 5 stars. Ate their chicken ramen for $9.90, passable but I would recommend another ramen restaurant. The broth and noodles are pretty good, but there are a few flaws. The amount of chicken they give is terrible, they only give 2 pcs and each of them the size of my finger. The presentation is actually terrible, it's like they just dump the ingredients and mix it around messily. I'm not sure why but the egg is properly cooked with a good jelly look, BUT they didn't bother to cut the whole egg into 2 pieces. If you want ramen, go somewhere else, unless the others have too long queues.

I've always loved their spicy Ramen (actually not spicy, but I still love it). This time round I ordered their signature Tendon that has Tempura prawn, fish, egg, nori, vegetables and sauce-drizzled rice. It comes with Miso soup too! Everything was just delish! Clean the bowl up within minutes coz it was that good!

The food here is very average and ordinary. The tempura is a hit and miss - sometimes when you visit, it is crispy and other times, it is not crispy. The portion size of the main items are barely enough for a 8 year old child. The prices though are quite high. Overall, in my view, the food is not value for money. The saving grace for this spot though is the service. It is funny how one's expectations of service become so low after visiting other restaurants in the Japan Food Holdings group that when you do finally get basic service at one of their restaurants, you feel that it is good (but actually it is just the staff displaying basic common sense, intelligence, EQ and initiative compared to the other two Japan Food Holdings restaurants (Yakiniku Shokudo and Milan Shokudo) inside Northpoint City. The outlet manager here, Alvin, deserves special mention for good service.
