Excellent service quality the staff very friendly. The manager she was teaching the elderly staff and she was really amazing. Well suited to this role as manager and trainers. Good job keep up the good work and service quality. Coffee is nice and smooth they have two versions lighter roasted or darker roast

28/5 I made my proposal to my girlfriend at Gloria Jeans Esplanade. It's a special place for us and will always be. We would take our walks and end up in Gloria Jeans for coffee. Special thanks to the staffs, Asher and Fathim. Both of them were patience and very helpful despite my last min request. I'm so grateful for them to be in Gloria Jeans! Thank you for being part of our special day. ;)

One of the best choc drinks and coffee. Waffles was generous size and tasty. The soft serve is the best! Great ambience for a chilling out day.

Perfectly functional Gloria Jeans (sweet coffee and frappuccino) place by the bay. The air conditioned part of the cafe dries you up after a sweaty walk around Marina Bay.

Our visit to this branch was unplanned but we really enjoyed it. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the food and drinks were delicious. Wish we had Gloria Jean's in our home country too. Hope to visit again!

I recently visited this place and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly only thing I would say is that the drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend ordering them without sugar if you prefer them less sweet. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to hang out with friends or family. The food is good, the service is great, and the location is convenient.

Visited on 1st Sept 2023 after our lunch. My friend wanted to pay for the bill but the other two friends who were there ordering told the first friend that it's meant to be a birthday treat so she can't pay. When we were seated, the lady staff came over with a big cup of soft serve and wished my friend "Happy Birthday!" She impressed us with her service. My friends loved the coffee. Cosy environment. We left very happy
