Only 2 staff working during Sunday dinner hour. The sad part is the rendang burger sauce. No taste of rendang and BK burger is not juicy anymore.

Small and quiet joint. Paid $4 for iced americano but looks like a low effort beverage (ice already melted when served).

👍🏼 Quite a spacious outlet and not too crowded 👎🏼 Tables were not cleaned after each customer and bits of food can be seen on the floor. Very slow service too, one customer also feedback to the counter that she had waited 25mins for her order (4 pax). Worst of all, the patties in the burgers were less than warm. Disappointing. 🙁

I am dismayed by the poor attitude, lousy effort and nonchalance of the service team in this outlet. They look like they don't care about anything at all. I say this after patronising the outlet multiple times, at different times of the day, with teams led by different shift managers. Their work culture is rotten. I look forward to this outlet shutting down so another fast-food chain can take over and do a better job. Worst wishes.

Paid extra to change fries to onion rings for takeaway but didn’t get it and only realized after getting home so reached out to BK on social media. They asked someone from the store to contact me and the person promised a free meal as compensation. Person said they’ll send a voucher via WhatsApp but never did. I reached out to the number who called me on WhatsApp to follow up and was told a free meal was impossible. Best they could do was give me onions rings or refund my 0.60, and acted like they were doing me a damn huge favor to return what they owed in the first place.

ordered multiple sets of burgers for delivery, but suddenly the orders for the burgers themselves were cancelled but they still sent the remaining fries and sides without telling us. the main reason for ordering from burger king is gone. also how can that feed a family of five? still had to pay for the fries and delivery charge when they could have just confirmed with us by calling or something so we could cancel the order, instead of just sending us the remaining fries and sides and still charging us for it. never even gave us a chance to cancel. not sure if i will order from here again.

The burger is getting smaller and smaller. I cannot honestly recommend the food at burger king any more. Worse, the measures to cut back has greatly impacted the taste of the food. Tastes dry and overdone. It is not worth your money. There are 3 staff. 2 frying and 1 packing. You can see they are trying their very best to serve and help. My 4 stars is really for their effort. But at peak hours, with countless orders streaming in, it takes easily half an hour before your meal is served. What can of real service is burger king providing? I think it's very clear and I will not be back again.

Placed my order via the self order machine, waited 20mins but my order was still not ready. Check with the counter staff for my order, staff said I need to wait 30mins. My order was 2 burgers n drinks. I could see there was lots of burgers already prepped and awaiting counter staff to process. Had to cancel my order and get it refunded.

the atmosphere is very nice and clean. Service wise is very fast and friendly staff including the Manager in charge of the store. The food is fresh and good quality served by them

Worst burger king ive been to in the whole world. The service staff at the counter seemed high and didnt register anything i was saying. Ordered the ultimate double swiss angus burger to takeaway for $13, waited a whole whopping 20mins when it wasnt even crowded and found out the gave me a $9 chicken burger instead of what i ordered..

Came at 9am, out of the 6 panel of glass door. ONLY 1 panel of glass is opened. If in case of any emergency that required evacuation, is BK going to answer for any casualties? Next, all the ordering system are down, required alot of waiting time! Finally, when requesting to see the store manager. The staff claimed that the manager is on leave. Seriously, the BK store can run without a in charged? BK supposed to be a fast food but i guess its not. Everything so slow Worst BK ever

Waited more than ten minutes for just a regular onion ring. It's 8pm and there is definitely no crowd. Come on, BK, you can do better .....

Please do no use the QR Code on the table to order your food. I waited 45 minutes for my meal and I ordered it at 430pm. At 635pm I order another meal while waiting for my wife and it took another 40 minutes. I advise you order using the kiosk or better eat somewhere else. I ask the staff about it and he said he will do it and made us wait another 20 minutes. Not family friendly at all. Make better use of your time elsewhere

Outlet manager really need to roster more service staff for shifts. One burger and pie order takes almost 30mins to be served and the staff are so occupied with clearing the orders that they have no time to clear the bin.

Trying to write this in the most constructive manner possible. Your staff in picture, was eating onion rings and licking his fingers while packing food for customers. You can check your video footage 10 April 2024, 1.40pm to 1.50pm. And he appears to be untrained, he and another male staff were at the front counter figuring out one of the drinks machine leaving the ‘Order Here’ counter unmanned completely. Hope your management will look into it, unacceptable behaviours.
