Ghost pepper chicken sandwich was pretty good!! Good kick for the spice but not too spicy, crispy chicken, 2 crunchy pickles. Solid 8/10 for me!

This place used to be good now they make you wait while they took their sweet time and when it was my turn ( being waiting for a while right in front of them) the lady skipped me and asked the guy behind me what he wanted. That guy and I were both confused for a second. Poor service attitude. My chickens were also very close to getting bad you can literally taste the unfreshness.

Order this on Saturday for a takeout in store 5 wing special and noticed which was included a chicken wing tip as 1 of the 5 pieces. In addition, it seemed that the oil had been used for some time. Occasionally, the quality of food is not as good recently and please provide the receipt. Will go to a different location.

If you are hungry don't come here. They make you wait, and sweat in the heated setting and listen to them nonstop chatting with each other in their native language. Took them 20 minutes from the time I paid to get my food. A very loud and hectic place to be. But on the other hand, I had my first sandwich today at the one on Main Street, Stouffville where Anni was great and courteous to serve. I guess when there is no choice one can always find a better choice than this one.

Time: ⌚ Price: 💵 💵 Service: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Quality: 🌟 🌟 Overall: 😒 Good customer service, quick and accurate. Got spicy chicken tenders with BBQ sauce. Tenders were good but a little cold. The tender shapes were a little off as well. One of them looked like a full on thigh piece but it was all the crumbs that disintegrated along the way. Compared to other fast food places, this place is actually fast, and their food is a bit cleaner. But as a health and fitness enthusiast, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are working your ass off at the gym 7 days a week.

The worst location I have ever been, their staff is racist, A Indian woman talk really rude to me , I said I wanna combo with Diet Coke, she still charge me for it and give me bottle one without ask me if I wanna fountain drink or bottle one. And I was really confused why she charge me extra money. At first I talk kindly to ask why there is a extra charge. But this lady replied me in a really rude way, “you didn’t say what drink you want, so I gave you bottle Diet Coke and That why you need to pay” I think a company with proper training system would let them staff know they need to ask customers what items they like, not just ordering wrong items and ask customer to pay in a rude way. I will never come back again. At least a lady with kerchief apologized to me, and hope her has a wonderful night!

Used to be a great Popeyes with amazing staff but recently service has been horrendous. All the workers who work evening shift are straight up rude. Also look at the size of the chicken tender on the left😭😭

Used to be a great location. Not sure what happened since the new staff I’ve been seeing the past few times. They do not care and have no compassion. It will literally be 7-8PM prime dinner time and they will have 3 pieces of chicken ready in total. I waited 30 minutes for a 4 piece combo and I wasn’t the only one. I understand serving fresh chicken but the times I’ve consistently came to this location around dinner time on a weekend where it is extremely busy and they have no chicken ready is beyond me. I don’t remember the last time I’ve been here where I didn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for a few pieces of chicken..

Super slow Popeyes location. Staff asks us to wait 15 min. Looks like they are not trained as per franchise standards. Especially 2 hijab lady’s in the front. No one’s sitting with food, all customers waiting. 5 people can easily handle, kitchen staff looks efficient but not front ladies.

Worst customer service, so I preordered 2 chicken crisspy wraps, when I got there the lady said she didn't have any, I said ok could you give me 2 delta minis instead? She said that's fine, so then I asked her what the price difference is, she said about 1 or 2 dollars, I said no problem add a bit of fries, she said fine, now when she was about to give me the fries, the other lady said no for some reason and I just laughed.... took my sandwiches and left. I was smiling at the lady because so was being so cheap. Anyhow I will never ever go there again, also there chicken was dry, never go to this place. They don't deserve the business. Worst customer service. Never again.

Worst Popeyes ever. Chicken wings were smelly and can’t eat at all. Ordered wings and onion fries combo. Avoid this place at any cost unless you want to get food poison

This was the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to .. what made me come here I have no idea! I ordered .. and the girl in the front called out an order .. I said my order number and what i ordered .. she said it was correct. I opened and checked and it was the wrong order ! I showed the manager . And then finally they got my order correct! When I opened and began eating . The chicken was hard and overly fried! The fries were bad and hard. The chicken was very dark, and the coke was flat! Never again will I eat here! 0 stars! But I have to enter one star in order to write my review! Smh
