On time scheduled delivery from this outlet. Ordered online early in the morning and scheduled for 12pm and came 12pm. I like the fried chicken from KFC. They were so crispy and still crispy upon delivery. The size of the drum stick was getting smaller. The one I don't like was the content of the package, they should allow to customize the size dishes to fries instead of fixed on whipped potatoes.

this staff LAI YINGHAN made my day! He goes the extra mile and keeps the patrons happy despite the long queues. KFC needs to relook their internal processes but his cheerful attitude of his made the wait a lot better. KFC please give this guy a raise!

Service is extremely bad and unprofessional. It's a Saturday morning without a lot of customers. I have placed my order for 3 KFChicken meals and the counter staff told me to wait and would call me. There's no queue after me at all, so after 15 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter staff again and she said that my order is ready. She then proceed to give me a wrong order apparently belonging to a previous customer. To seek comfort, she told me, well, my drinks are ready. I told her my order again and then she proceed to make 3 burgers, which took another 15 minutes. Really disappointing.

Very cute young man serving at the cashier counter. Speaking very politely trying his best to make the best service to every customer with polite welcome, fast response and nice greetings in many languages. Can feel the positive and happy vibes in the restaurant.

Service is bad, staff cannot be bothered it seems. order took a long time to be prepared and packed. Waited half an hour for online order as there were no more chicken.

Waited at one line that was attending to walk-in, online and delivery orders. Cashier attended to who spoke loudest with no proper queue system. Issues with online orders where what was ordered did not reflect on print out leading to confusion and wasted time trying to find out what was ordered and given. Staff unsure of composition of sets sending out inaccurate sets and spent a lot of time correcting them. Frontline staff kept running back to top up items individually and not in bulk. Took about 8-10 minutes to process one order. Staff needs alot of training. No manager supervision.

Located at the town CC not shopping mall. Low level of training and professionalism. Wrong order given ask for bbqcheesezinger gave plain zinger instead. Want exchange later say ,touch food alr how to return. For dine in better go 4fingers at the venue shoppes mall across the main road

The KFC chicken Tuesday is only available at selected outlets. KFC should have indicated in the promotion which are the outlets that sell 5 pcs for $9.90.

Service from the managers were horrible, never have I seen managers so irresponsible and ignorant. However, the cashier elicia was very nice and caring.

Worst KFC ever - the staff Alethia misheard the drink and gave an unused drink as a replacement instead of dispensing a new cup.. was rude and loud even to her junior staff also

While the staff were courteous and efficient, I couldn't say the same for their food. There was only one order before mine. I ordered during off peak hours. I ordered a Zinger Box with hot and crispy thigh chicken, standard fries, sweet potato fries and coke zero. The Zinger burger lacked taste and the chicken patty felt really dry. The hot and crispy chicken was relatively small, cold, lacked taste and was not that crispy. The standard fries tasted fine but were mushy and cold. The sweet potato fries also tasted fine but were absolutely hard to bite and cold. The biggest issue of KFC is its inconsistent quality. Of my experiences with KFC, only one in ten meals were well executed, even during off peak hours. McDonald's is far more consistent, executes far better even at peak hours, and is cheaper. Also, too many steps are involved just to apply a promo code on KFC's app. I found it tedious and misleading. Seriously KFC, buck up.

One of the worst kfc outlets. Always just give 2 chili sauce for 2 pcs chicken, cheesy fries and nuggets. This, despite requesting for extra chili sauce! Why so stingy??
