I ordered Soy drink without sugar, but it comes with sugar... Can't drink at all, waste it as I am allergic to sugar...Terrible experience at Mr Bean.

The lady staff who wear specs with short hair was so rude, found her name Goh xx, Celine in the receipt. I will not visit again. Mr Bean should give training to your staff properly...

Variety here is fantastic. From soya bean drink to pancake to dumplings wa wa wa Cater to breakfast to dinner crowd:) Overall prices are reasonable not too pricey and you will not have a hole in the pocket afterwards. Most importantly open from morning till night for dinner as well. If you are hungry or craving for some good food come down already :)

Its take 5-10 mins to make the Porridge. The texture is so smooth, but the taste is not good. I like congee more.

Staff with bad attitude, everyday show her black face. If I saw her on duty, I will not enter this shop for order food. Ordered no sugar soy bean, but come with sugar..

Refuse to prepare the food complaining they are busy today just because we purchase through fave apps with a slight discount ! And the food was just two normal soya bean and ham sandwich which is on their tray but they claim that they are busy to prepare! Serious discriminate to fave user! Suggest not to participate in fave deal if the staff is unwilling to prepare.

The service is getting worst … when we ordering food the service wont even smile and the attitude like we are begging for it … even the drinks is good … but i think me and my fren wont go there anymore

I went to the shop at 11:53am on Saturday on 28 Oct 2023. The shop door is open, and the shop keeper is there. She just point at a hand written sign (piece of cardboard) lying at the side of some boxes and said “shop closed till 12:45”. IF it’s lunch time/rest time, the shop closed sign ought to have been better displayed, attitude of the shop keeper needs to be improved.

Finally, a change of staff at Mr Bean Kallang MRT this morning 9.20am 22 Nov 2023!! Commendable for her great service, self initiative and most importantly, letting customers feel welcome!! Suggest Mr Bean to have the regular female Chinese staff be assigned to outlets with co-workers. As it seems she cannot managed to work alone and thus vent her displeasure against the customers, with her rude & blunt replies - pls see the many 1-star reviews.

The plump Chinese lady with short hair is nasty and does not want to sell anything to customers. She will say that everything is sold out. When you insist that you can wait, she will make you wait by moving very slowly. The Malay lady is much, much better.

Poor service provided by the Chinese lady with sort hair. Sulky face throughout and when she realised the soy milk was out of stock midway, she merely topped up the entire cup with ice. Didn’t even ask me for sugar level. Extremely unprofessional as a service staff and definitely the worst outlet I have ever visited

Didn't try the food. Making an enquiry to the staff on duty if a sold out item would be available later just resulted in her complaining that she was working alone and so busy. Not what I had asked!

Service from staffs require more improvement in terms of their speech/command of words. For example, when a customer couldn't register what she was asking, her voice suddenly got louder and and tone hardened - which is clearly NOT a way to communicate with a customer. Gave chance, I went a second visit to get a set comprising of drink and a pancake. This time round, I received yet another impatient staff. Made me question the hiring process for some staffs lately (haha). She asked TWICE whether I was opting for a cold or warm drink, in which I replied I wanted cold - but got a warm drink in return. Mind you, it was a non-peak hour and a weekday, adding on to the fact that empathetically, no sane human would drink something so warm under the scorching hot weather. Makes me question (yet again) if the emotional intelligence is there. 😅 I understand if the company is hiring people of special needs of some sort - but at least make it transparent, we will appreciate it, thank you. Ps. I MAY not be returning to this branch any time soon unless I'm really craving for a pancake, in which the taste is the saving grace.

Worst service ever from the plump lady with short hair!!!! When I ordered she was busy using her phone and showed attitude as if I'm disturbing her. She gave black face through out and was super rude. If I could rate 0 Stars I would have done so!
