The place was not easy to find. There was also no phone number to contact. Go via access 1 of the Nordcom 2 building. Go straight pass the gantry until you see agape laundry. For those driving or riding, you can park your vehicle anywhere around that area. Take lift number GLT2 to level 3 (follow the signs directing food delivery riders). At level 3 turn left into the building and walk straight pass the kitchens (do not enter the kitchens, keep left) until you find a window. Tell the staff your order shop and number. Food was good nonetheless.

Not the best wingstop. Also fyi not dine in, strictly takeaway. Ordered lemon pepper but the taste was not as strong as what I have eaten elsewhere (not enough spice rub) but might just be a bad day cos it was alright the last time I ordered.

Slowest restaurant Have to wait one hour for 1 meal to be completed. Food is not nice also. Pity the Foodpanda rider to wait for 1 hour!

Review as a delivery rider. Horribly slow.. 9 out of 10 times I have waited more than 20 mins (this is after my riding time, plus their preparation time). There was once the waiting time was almost 2 hours. Avoid peak period or order early

We ordered from Grab food. We didn't expect that the crispiness and tenderness of the chicken were still intact!!! Thank you Wingstop for all your effort and working so hard to serve us delicious flavoured chicken wings. I personally love Parmesan flavour but my friends enjoyed the BBQ sweet and Spicy and Texas buffalo!! PLus make sure to have your sides Voodoo and mushrooms!!!

Ordered for dinner during a rainy night. Food came after sometime but tastes freshly fried and was still quite warm. Recommend the fried mushrooms and kicap manis flavour

Why do food delivery riders have to wait very long for you everytime there's an order? Time is money to them. How can an order takes ½hr to 45 mins at times an hour? What is your management doing? This has been going on for so long and nothing has been done. This is for Nordcom outlet.

Finding thid place was like going for treasure hunt wasted 30 to 45 minutes. My order was not hot, prepared and it was left on a cupboard for me to collect

Boycotting this outlet due to lacking management of delivery orders. Twice I've tried to order via Grab, twice its taken more than an hour. Apparently notorious on Grab. Strongly suggest setting shop to closed or busy if the team is unable to handle the orders. This poor management is simply wasting the time of delivery riders and customers.

I came from foodpanda. They took 2h to reply to our pending order (prepping in kitchen). Asked if we’re going to wait for a little longer then cancels our order after 30 mins. Wasted us 2h30mins with nothing. Absolutely disgusting service.

If i could give O stars i would. Placed an order at 6.30pm but the kitchen only managed to complete perparing it at 9pm!!!!?!?! By the time it came, fries was SOGGY and had zero seasoning, same goes to the chicken as well. To the management team, if you cant handle the volume of orders then kindly stop taking MORE orders....I mean if you dont mind geting your food after 3 Hours then please do so. Otherwise, RUN!! Highly not recommended! There must be something wrong somewhere with this outlet! NOT GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET anymore so slow AND YOU DON’T even allow us to cancel the order!!!

super horrible service, food taking more than 2 hours to prepare is just ridiculous, grab drivers had to wait more than 2 hours for the food and it’s still not done! cant even get any information regarding the progress in preparation of food but yet don’t let me cancel my order! ordered for lunch and at this rate it will become dinner, provided i even receive the food. super frustrating. should’ve checked the poor reviews on this outlet before ordering. given the slow service, wingstop should just close down this outlet.

im not usually picky with food deliveries and im from the fnb line but felt so upset when my order came. my large ranch and mushroom fritters didnt came and the fries they gave was less than 10 pcs 😭 didnt have the mood to eat after cause might as well no need give fries right like that. not buying from here anymore

I have frequented this outlet many times for delivery and my most recent order was pretty awesome! I ordered a combo meal for two, the kicap manis flavour of boneless chicken is highly recommended!! Must try :) I also ordered the Parmesan Cheese flavour, it was quite alright, the staff are not stingy on the cheese powder (see photo!) but wouldn't order it again as it was not as flavourful as I would expect it to be. Sides wise, strongly recommended the Voodoo fries even though have to add money for their cheese and some Cajun powder~ I order it everytime and like it much. Warning: never order the Quinoa Rice! It was just.. White rice with some droplets of quinoa... Refer to the photo I uploaded.. I'm sure you can spot it. Overall, good food are served here but with some room for improvement!

I order from this outlet a lot but today the voodoo fries was ridiculous. Look at how little is served???? For $5.75 this is just shameless. The normal amount of fries they usually serve is more than TWICE of this.

ordered at 7pm. food supposed to arrive at 8.20pm. then it got changed to 9.50pm and again to 9.35pm. at 9pm, they cancelled my order abruptly. Bravo Wingstop.. Well done.

It's been years since I ate at Wingstop. The first time it came out, I really didnt like it and told myself that I will never eat this again. N.e.v.e.r is a strong word to use. 🤣 Based on the hype about the ranch sauce from social media, I decided to give Wingstop another try and O.M.G. I LOVED IT. Eventhough it was delivered to me, the fries has a slight crisp and taste really flavourful! The chicken - kecap manis and mango habenaro, was delicious when dipped with the ranch sauce ( I ordered 2 large tubs, by the way...). Will I ever eat this again???? H*ll yea!!! Thanks Wingstop nordcom for the generous amount of fries!

I think sembawang outlet have a hobby of delaying order. Placed order at 5pm, keep on delaying.. just do a favour by allowing cancel option in future. It’s called fast food for a reason. If u guys think that u cannot cope due to high volume order, please stop accepting any further orders till massive orders are clear. This is super annoying.
