Finally had lunch here after 2 years COVID-19, it's been awhile ,I ordered make your own burrito. Firstly non staff greets us example ' Welcome to simple wrap or at least said good afternoon, so here come a Filipino staff took my ordered, I told her I want spinach wrap, she took a bowl and put so many spinach for my basic starter ,then I ask her why so many spinach? Her reply was , "You said you want spinach". I told her , "NO, I want spinach wrap, the wrap made of spinach flavour " Then she realizes she made the mistake . So to all Simply wrap staff ,slow down your pace , I know is busy during lunch time but learn to listen and look at the customer in their eyes when you talk so you don't make a mistake , what's the point to work fast fast but wrong order you took from customer just because you don't have eye contact with the customers. Service wise so so but there's one Malay guy if I'm not wrong ,he's the one that wraps and asked you which 2 sauces you want, this guy is more friendlier . Verdict, whether I will be back? Answer: Once in awhile My meal cost $9.90 just for the vegetable wrap - No protein at all. Total my bill we paid almost $30 We ordered 2 make my own burrito vegetarian wrap and 1 chicken quesadilla. Food experience wise the taste I could not taste the 2 sauces that I select, sesame ginger and creamy avocado at all , not even a ginger smell ,😂 I think with this amount ,I can go shop in the super market to get lots of different kinds of vegetables and even a roasted chicken which cost $7.90 at cold storage just next to simply wrap shop and do my own wrap,😂 So after reading my review, you decide whether to spend this amount of $$ to just eat salad. You might want to consider ' Stuff'd the price is more worth it, only thing is a take away as there's no place to seat. Stay safe, healthy and Happy always.

If you come at meal times, be prepared to wait at least 45min to an hour in the queue. The outlet also take in orders from delivery apps and will prepare them in between the in-store orders. Because orders can get very complicated with different ingredients and sauces, etc, each wrap takes awhile to make and the staff get confused among themselves too. The staff are also stressed and frustrated by the overwhelming orders and so they start to snap at in-store customers too. Imagine queuing up for 45mins, and when it’s finally your turn, you are met with an angry face and when you can’t listen pass their accent, they get upset with you, and you are left feeling even more irritated. The food was just okay. With the queuing and ordering experience considered, perhaps come when it’s off-peak. There’s probably better salad places at Harbourfront too.

A good go to place for vegetarian and non vegetarian wraps as well during office lunch time with team Tried their vegetarian burrito wrap which came with chips and grapes as side. They have few more vegetarian options also available like mexican etc..

They have interesting wrapps on offer for you to choose from. Either that you can get a salad bowl with your own picking or a fixed bowl. Ordered a grilled salmon soba bowl. The veggies were fresh but portion wise not that much, which not worth the price. Could give the wrap a good next time if passed by the outlet. Maybe it will be more interesting?

My usual is the classic Caesar wrap either by itself or in a small wrap box if I’m not too hungry. Ingredients are fresh and there are options to change/remove dressing, but not to change the wrap unless you’re making your own. Lunch and dinner crowds can be long, so be mindful of that. There’s a QR code which you can use to order ahead to skip the crowd. Otherwise, I believe the staff are trying their best to fulfill every order. Seating is plenty and can be cramped. This is the place to eat clean and be done quickly. Would recommend to anybody interested in eating healthily!

My favourite salad place in Singapore!! I used to frequent the Jem outlet alot but they closed down so now I travel all the way to harbourfront just to eat it because it’s so worth it! Portion size is huge & ingredients are fresh Service staff are also so friendly ❤️

We ordered the grilled chicken and small taj mahal but we can’t find the chicken at all. Each wrap is $11.50 which id very pricey. The menu is bit updated , they dont serve soup but is not taken down and the service is slow which is suppose to be a fast food. There is only 1 lady preparing the wrap while the other is just preparing the ingredients into a bowl while another standing at the cashier looking helpless.

Can’t speak for everyone but I like their wraps, they offer wholemeal options which I usually struggle to find. The wrap is definitely stuffy for me which is a good sign 😀 My main problem is that I feel like it’s way too pricey ; most of the wraps are $12.70, and honestly I think they should be at least a couple of bucks cheaper. But GST and inflation so oh well 🙃

First time having a wrap here and was quite impressed. I had the Journey to Norway with smoked salmon. There wasn't a large amount of salmon but the veges were very fresh and filling. Definitely would try again!

Ate here often enough to know they are slowly reducing the meat portion. Meat is getting lesser for the wrap. Not as generous as before. Disappointing.

First time patronising simply wrapps and the food was to my taste. The mango chicken burrito box is delicious and filling. Efficient service too.
