Whenever I visit McDonald's, most of the time I take big spicy paneer wrap. Love the taste. This McDonald outlet is good and it has decent sitting area. The place is very well maintained.

Dirtiest Mcdonalds ever.. no one to clean the place, not just the tables the floor is also a mess. Spicy chicken wrap is half empty, bad service..

Before You have to wait for the order for like 18-25 minutes,but they have improved now with the fast service and you can even make orders with your mobile phones from your table!

We visited McDonald's at the 3rd floor inside Elante mall.I had a very nice experience snacking at this place. Browne chocolate ice cream is worth the money..We loved it. The burger meals are also worth it. The service is very quick. The sitting area is also very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend to others

McDonald never make their customers sad.... Their burgers and fries are awesome. As a McDonald's lover I'd prefer to must try their cheesy fries and maharaja Mc burger. Plus point is if you order from the mobile app you'll get some exciting deals and offers there....😜❤️

McDonald's is very cheap, and tasty. it's Cold Coffee is the best. The food, and the atmosphere is very clean, and relaxing. But my order took more than an hour to make, it was just a McAloo Tikki Value Meal with Cold Coffee, which I didn't like. The ordering system through screens is very efficient.

Decent experience always. But is quite crowded and service levels are also constable falling off late. Also no innovative additions to the menu or any health non friend options at all.

I visited on weekend, Saturday night. It was crowded with people. But it is spacious and you'll find place to sit inside it. Ambience was nice. Be it kids, teenage, youth and adults, everyone seems to enjoy the vibe of this place. As it is inside the Elante Mall, therefore it has a footfall of people.

Totally fraud staff and manager is totally super Frustrated person who do not know how to talk to customers. My payment was done. Even I showed them they told me if it's do not come in our system. We can not do anything session is expired. Staff did not stop me for make payment for making payment. What kind of staff and system is working in MC Donald. If the payment will done in 2 minutes. Customers are not aware about this. Your payment is their property of 7 days and they eat interest on it Do the payment again for order and pay it again. Previous payment came after 7 days. Biggest slap on customers they did not know about their payment system Great work MC donald

Staff is very Rude with customers especially their Manager. He doesn’t know how to deal with Customers politely and with well mannered. Food was Unhygienic. They deserve Zero Rating.

Disgusting hygiene standards at McDonald's Elante Mall! Found hair in my burger, and upon complaint, the staff mocked and belittled us. Shockingly rude behavior, treating customers like servants. This level of disrespect and unhygienic practices is appalling. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never set foot in this establishment again. Avoid at all costs if you value hygiene and respectful service!

Ordered medium size fries for takeaway and this is what I got! I also ordered a veggie burger and it was just average. The guy at the till wasn't focused at all because he was all over the place. I had to repeat one question two times to get an answer. Very annoying!
