Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Varieties: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cosy ambience for a nice healthy & delicious meal. Expect crowd during peak hours. Staffs were friendly, professional & accommodating. Recommended for small group as the space is not that spacious. Recently they have added a new menu & some meal promotion. The classic clam chowder has been taken out of their menu & there is no other chowder. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who are on diet, prefers a healthy & clean meal & vegetarian patrons.

Tasted their beef soup and Lobster Bisque. Beef is much better than their lobster bisque. Beef has plenty of ingredients wherelse lobster bisque has non. After drinking feel too saltish and taste monotones. Tried their mushroom burger. Strongly recommend as it taste better than Shake Shack. Service wish quite good for this outlet too bad for shortage of manpower as no enough people to keep or clear trays in the collection point. Should have order their clam chowder.

An ambient place to have an evening bite with your friends and family. I feel that over time the quality of the soup is deteriorating. It has a powdery taste that makes me feel that it is basically instant soup. Other than this big letdown, there are other dishes worth trying like the wraps!

Huge reason why I stopped dining at any 'the soup spoon outlet anymore. Foreign object found in soup. Emailed them and management ignored multiple times, unwilling to do anything. They took more than a month to refund me the amount of just $14++. Not sincere in their actions compared to what they type out "beautifully" in their email. Side note: Just to show I can take wonderful pictures but if the food is not up to standard, it means nothing.

Bought tangy tomato takeaway. It tasted bland when I dip the bread into the soup which is weird. So I took a sip with the spoon. To my horror, it was watery, very diluted and almost tasteless. Im appalled by the business cost-saving, unethical act. Gross!!

food tastes alright but a bit cold when served, the mushroom burger was quite tasty. just wanted to feedback about how the food is served to customers. the staff intended to serve all of our food at one go instead of calling our order number, multiple times if necessary, whenever they had some items ready. this meant that there was a long waiting time for the rest of the order to be prepared, while the ready items were turning cold and exposed. maybe it’s just us, but we would rather have our food served warm even if it means walking several times to the counter. not just that, the food collection counter was right next to the self-order machines. it is also where the staff behind the counter interact with customers who were asking for assistance with the machines. we felt that this was quite unhygienic because we couldn’t collect our partially ready order while the staff and customer were speaking literally right over the food. hope this could be improved!! we were also served the bread buns despite indicating that we didn’t want them… 😓 still ate them because we didn’t want to waste food.

Only can order through self service machine. Look out for order number to flash on screen. Service was kind of slow. Waited more than 20 minutes. Could see a delivery staff request order to be cancelled. Tables unclean with bits of leftovers although most people dining in clear their own trays. Think still need the staff to give the tables a wipe. Help yourself to the cutlery and condiments at counter.

I've ordered from this branch via foodpanda for many times now.. and everytime, I'll order the same food which is the chicken breast.. but I've come to realised today that when they provide 25% discount on the foodpanda app, they will provide the chicken breast that is half the size.. come on man.. that's not a discount.. your loyal customers are not stupid and will realise it.. be consistent.. if you want to provide discount then provide it, don't go reducing the portion size and claim to provide a discount.. that's not a discount, it's a scam.. just look at the picture, the chicken breast looks like it's sliced in half

Everything was okay but not so great. Server at the counter was not friendly when asked for guidance on the ordering machine. The Sourdough pumpkin was more of a paste pumpkin and not soup type. Too thick and I barely can finish half of it. Maybe to consider to lighten the soup a little otherwise become too filling for 1 person to finish. Half gone wasted.

Love that we have this restaurant in Pasir Ris. Their food portions are generous and delicious too. We came back for a second round as we wanted to try other items in the menu. Vegetarian options are limited in most places and this place is a great find! Will be back for sure. Staff were friendly and helpful

ridiculous pasta portion!! Requested for more portion and workers refused to give more reason being it was their “new” sop. Reasoned with them that if im paying the same price as last time why am i given lesser portion?

Always love soup spoon but this branch's staff was really helpful as I do not have Wave / credit, one of the staff ( Chinese young man) promptly helped me used his and kindly allow me to pay him in cash. Whereas at another branch (Tampines), he (also young man) just apologized and technically shooed me away 😅 Hope SoupSpoon can take note that some customers only have cash/nets to pay. Thank you.
