I would say i have been customer with Swee Heng about few years time at their other different outlets and this is the worse outlet i have ever been to. The bakery is excellent but the service staffs are totally unfriendly and cannot make it. The skinny short old lady staff throwing temper with her jobs, showing unpleasant face and the skinny young lady staff just very busy with her phone. This is not the first time happened at this outlet, almost can say happen most of the time. Queued at the waffle counter about 10mins or more for the waffle and wanted to buy some breads go home, but the staffs are just treated us like transparent? Shop was not busy and if don’t even want to serve customer please don’t work as service staff. Very very poor service and very upset with their service staffs. (Around 1pm-2pm on 21/08/2022)

Bread and pastries are OK. Staffs are able to give good recommendations, very friendly and helpful.👍

Peanut butter waffle is HORRENDOUS. Absolutely inedible. Oily and watery. Extremely disappointing.

Great bakery but very cold & unfriendly service staffs. Esp lady with black spectacles. Their other outlets esp the one in Geylang Market, always an excellent service.
