i bought cheesy 7 slice at $6.20. happi bcos i don't have to buy whole pizza from normal pizza hut store and got dis option of one slice at dis xpress outlet. gave 3 stars only as the dough was quite thick and though the pizza was freshly out of oven for not vy long..it wasnt crispy and hot. lukewarm only.

Prefer delivery/in-store than this express standard. Pizza base has a different texture, thinner and less chewy. We ordered 3 slices, all were served cold and dry. In comparison, our food from its sister counter KFC was much more satisfying and worth the bucks.

Wednesday last week bcoz of my craving for pizza we went to this place, as i know what to order i told my husband the flavors i like and ask him to pinpoint the slice of pizza i prefer but this slender short girl crew with the short hair as if cannot here just pick up.what she want, hubby just look at me. I even ask to make it more warm/hot as it was take away so need to walk more going home scared reaching home its cold already and she said "yes" but still she didn't do...very very poor service girl and not attentive to the customers wants/requests...

A person who takes order was unfriendly very much. Don't know why she treat us that way. Pizza was not that bad, but I'm not sure I'll visit there again.

Dined in there. Was surprised to be greeted by soggy garlic bread, as if steamed rather than toasted. A true disappointment - entirely not reminiscent of my childhood pizza hut experience.

Just a basic location as it's express. You choose what you want, they heat it up and off you go. No real service or Atmosphere. But my son loves their cheese pizza.

sold me BURNT pizza. Too much! Please educate your staff not to sell things like this. I'm not getting this for free. I paid for my food and I deserve a good meal

So they had a free personal pan hawaiian pizza on 29 Feb for new members, and starts at 2pm. At 2.09pm, they already sold out (on a Thursday afternoon). Not sure if it is just a promotional tactic.
