Bought the samosa , carrot cake and you tiao and it was cold and super oily!! Besides that, the Indian lady staff was very aloof. She tossed the food inside the paper bag and shows zero basic customer service. Not a smile or thank you upon payment. Horrible! Still prefer the other staff, who’s a transgender.

Usually the food quality and experience is okay. But today just unpleasant. Went to buy Rojak You Tiao and the lady says last one I said okay. So she pack for me, gave my food then I pass her $4 dollars she says she don't have $1 change. Insisted I have the change if not go 7 eleven change. I'm like whut. I said what if I have $10, can u give me back $7? I saw she has a $5 and $2 in the register. She says no. I said pay by NETS? she says everything close already. What bullcrap is this? Lucky the senior lady staff said to her just return $1 which she actually has in the cash register. Waste of time. To make matter worst, the Rojak is cold, hard and unpleasant to eat. Sad. Super sad supper for me.

Terrible service and fried dough rojak is like cold hard rock which i believe has been refried and the sauce is pre pack for your own DIY mixing instead of doing it in store for you.They skimp on their food quality and yet they kept increasing their price.

There's 1 grab rider waiting for his order to be ready & myself queuing. The Indian lady kept talking to her colleague, I was fine with that until she walked to the cashier and I started to tell her my order which was "can i have 1 youtiao" she replied with.. "WAIT". I just nod. She walked away, taped d delivery box. Few secs later she started to wave her hand at me and continually saying "sister, sister waaaaiiit" with such a sarcastic tone, I don't know what was that for! I didn't even say a word when she told me to wait in the first plc. Then she continued talking to her colleague who was busy frying some dough. In my mind.. why u gotta be so rude sister? I just want my youtiao. I had to walk away w/o getting any because u just make me feel like shieeet. Its not even a hella order, or long q. I would have understand. But no. She's just so freaking rude. Wth.

Went in the morning to buy food for my family but noticed the shuttle was half open but there was a staff inside. I went to ask whether the store was open and she just stared at me? I asked again and she said in chinese that the store was open. I waited to see whether she would ask me to help open the shuttle or open it herself but she just continued doing her own things. I then noticed there weren’t any youtiao yet so i wanted to ask whether she could make some so i could purchase them , tried to get her attention but she seemed to glance at me and proceeded to ignore me. Terrible place , i didn’t manage to get her name but she was a chinese staff that seemed really unhappy and unwilling to give basic service or replies.
