Its New Years Day ... 01/01/2022 ... On the hunt for Western food and decided on this at Level 4, Lot One, Food Junction. Seen and passed by this place so many times. New Year and new adventure right? Ordered Grilled Lamb (No.11) on menu and Grilled Fish with Pasta (No.20). Given the buzzer, got our seats and ordered a drink. 10 minutes later buzzer went off and I collected our food. I will always call out anyone frontliners or not when it comes to common courtesy. The cashier wasn't super rude but the tone was rather condescending. Before it got any further, in my most jovial I said, "wow, really no need to be so angsty lah auntie oi, relax lah!" And with that, suddenly everything was much better. Now about the food. My lamb was actually kinda nice but way to much fats. Pepper sauce was good too and the portioning is actually substantial. As for the the Grilled Fish with pasta it did have a kick to it. That slightly hot and spicy after taste, liked it. All in all, it was not bad at all but service attitude needs to improve. Regardless if that's "how she speaks all the time" is not an excuse. No one was deserves any disrespect. Do the job with pride as not everyone treats frontliners badly. I have utmost respect for them. Just because of one bad apple doesn't make the whole bunch rotten ya. Buck up or ship out .... easy peasy. Food : 3 / 5 Staff : 2.5 / 5 Ambience 3 / 5

6:15PM purchased grilled chicken set & mixed grilled set at LotOne. Just to let the boss knowing that one of your malay staff has bad manners and inpatient issues. Can’t even asked more questions and throw the timer to customer.

The cashier here is yaya papaya. I cannot hear what she's saying so i need to ask again right? ( she's asking regarding which type of sauce)She gave me that sarcastic face. And another chinese customer is complaining about her attitude she also told me if my kids don't like the food i will not buy here. She don't deserve to be a frontliner. Happened just at this moment. Poor service😡😡😡

If the management is not going to do something about this staffs serving at the counters (malay ladies..sorry very rude n terrible service malay ladies) something very bad is going to happen one day. Very lousy service they are going everytime we go there. Thier own people they serve gladly.. this is not right at all. Ask for take away..food is not covered well. Please do something management...

Well, thank god I did not pay a single cent on their food. One of their male staff taking order outside during dinner hour was extremely rude. Shame on you bro, u don’t even know how to be respectful and have basic courtesy. And your food not even worth it.
