No line to Q just and staff tot cut Q when ask about take away. Staff reply with bad attitude just sit nearby seat and will be call. After 10min wait, Then informed need wait 45min for food. OMG, big shop with minimal manpower and only today I realised Pizza Hut not a fast food🤔 Pizza Hut HQ should come Sun Plaza to do audit how their staff serve customer and how to improve their order system. Very bad experience with Pizza Hut. 🤬

Fast-food pizza? TASTE: The pizzas from Pizza Hut are nothing special. Simply put, it is just average tasting pizzas to satisfy your pizza craving. It definitely does not have the finesse and taste of pizzas you’ll get from those pizzas cooked in a fire stove. The sides are also decent. SERVICE: Acceptable. It seems like the outlet is pretty short staffed as there is quite a substantial waiting time even for a self-pick up order. I collected my order after my scheduled pick-up time. Be prepared to wait for a while. PRICE: At the time of writing, there is a special promotion for $8.90 for 1 pizza and 2 sides. This is really worth it. However, it is known that Pizza Hut always runs promotions, so keep a look out for promotions on their social media channels. RECOMMENDED: A good place to satisfy a pizza craving. However, this is the most basic pizza you can get, and if you have a little more budget, I suggest going for another brand.

Mushroom soup was way too salty. The drink, mango tango, was way too sweet as they had added too much syrup. The food portion is also small for the price. The food took a while even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The employees were also talking, laughing, and gossiping loudly while we were eating. It's not worth the price anymore 👎

Compact but cosy feeling during my last dinning experience. Good for family gatherings. The renovated restaurant will require partons to scan QR code for self service of placing order that have most if not all of their usual standard menu offerings.

Basic service is provided. The bake seafood rice is bit soggy at the bottom. The mushroom pasta is ordinary with a strong taste of black pepper thus masking the mushroom taste. The seafood soup taste nice. The honey roasted wing save my dinner meal as it is the only food item that is nice. The soup n the bake rice contain chilli flake thus might not be suitable for people who does not spicy food.
