Modern and Trendy outlet. Pick and choose your ingredients to make your own Poke Bowl. As a base, you can choose Brown Rice, Japanese Rice or NO rice (Romaine Lettuce). 3 size of base to choose from (Light, Medium, Large). Add 7 vegetable items and 2 meat items. Really nice place for a quick healthy meal.

My go-to post workout meal, especially great after sweating it all out at the gym! They have a good variety of toppings, generous serving and relatively value for money. Def go for the acai bowl - it's one of the more affordable acai bowls and surprisingly really good 👍🏻 The service staff are also really friendly and comfortable ambience to enjoy.

Love the consistent, tasty and no frills dining experience at Poke Theory. A go-to spot for relatively affordable and healthy lunches in town, with non-fish options that are now made available. Sweet potato mash is especially fantastic! Service is brisk.

The food was ok, but the service sucks. The server was very rude and impatient. She was huffing and puffing plus sighing when we tried to clarify the number of bases we get. I ordered the og salmon and could choose 2 bases. I told her lettuce and quinoa. She only gave me quinoa and let out an audible sigh and rolled her eyes when my husband clarified the base again. Overall, she ruined my appetite with her bad attitude.

Ordered via KaiKai since they have $10 off for first time users. The food here is amazing I love the salmon mentaiko marinade and the veges are fresh :) I overloaded my portion
