Use the app to order to get great deals. This time round, I got to use a free birthday deal of two piece chicken plus drink (voucher sent to your app two weeks before birthday) and on a separate order free large cheese fries with 30c purchase. If you really want to maximise the benefit, you can get some sauce for 30c but I chose to get a biscuit for 1.70. anyway, their chicken is really good. Huge and crispy. The chicken sandwich (yes the one with all the craze) is also really huge and tasty. Just imagine butter coated buns with huge chicken thigh plus pickles and sauce. And it's $6.90 only. Biscuits are great. If you haven't tried it before, go get one and try. It's not a normal cookie kinda biscuit, it's foamy(?) Their mash potato is full of garlic taste so either u like it or hate it. Don't get the cheese fries unless it's free. They were v efficient in packing the things for me so claps for them!

The cashier was super friendly and if I'm not wrong her name was Lin. When I asked for less ice for my drink, she was very friendly, something I have never experienced before. Food was also pretty good, fries was fresh and crispy whole burger was hot and fresh. Will definitely come back again.

Can never go wrong with Popeyes Chicken. Love how the fried chicken doesnt taste oily at all. Season is great, crispy and delicious. Tried the sour cream & onion drizzle and it was delish. Chicken tenders, cajun fries and mash potato are my fave go to.

Recommend this place to people who want to spend money on subpar food and service! What kind of malnourished chicken is this Popeyes? At least if you go to KFC they will give you one wing/drumstick with 1 thigh/breast. Popeye here is pathetic. 3rd time getting subpar service and food. Come here to be disappointed :)

It is easy to just order from their app and collect by yourself. Meanwhile, be cautious and check the quantity, they had missed out 1 drink for us which I just collect and didn't checked for it. We have paid for the root beer 😔 SAD!!!

Paid for a large take-away coleslaw $4.00...I was shocked when I pop open the cover...this is all they gave. 60% in that big cup! I am cheated!

Ordered the truffle fried chicken and was disappointed. the chicken was cold. The sofa seats are worn-out.

Patronize if you don’t mind that the staff don’t treat you as a person. I waited for more than 20 orders beyond mine because the staff said “waiting for the chicken”. I asked again, 20 orders later, and they found it beside them. They then placed my order before me without a single word. No remorse, no language, complete disregard here. I would accept a simple apology but obviously it is not a priority here. Only the supervisor (?), the only Indian man on the frontlines, had helped me in the past when I encountered issues. The one extra star is for him.

I asked for specific chicken parts and was informed that my order would take 20 minutes to prepare. After waiting for 20 minutes, my number didn't appear on the screen. When I inquired at the counter, the staff claimed that my number had been displayed, despite the fact that I had been watching the screen the entire time. It was frustrating to wait for so long only to find out that my order has been ready for collection long time ago.

See photo: this is the LARGER coleslaw ($4.20). Half-filled. Reason given by manager: “Need space to cover the container.” 😆 PSA: I was also told that the smaller size ($3+) would be 100 grams only. 07 Feb 2024 6pm.

love the “cooked slow, served fast” concept. i have patronised Popeyes (various branches) a few times recently as i am hooked on the classic chicken burger however, i am going to stop doing so as: #1 overheard the manager mistreating employee — dear Popeyes, this is NOT acceptable #2 attached images — from an eco pov: • (dine in) i don’t understand why the burger is served in an “aluminium?” wrapper when i am dining in (eating it hot, straightaway) • (takeaway) whereas the takeaway packaging is the normal burger wrapper • noted from the sticker that the “aluminium?” wrapper is not microwaveable. is this sticker even necessary since i am dining in? where do i find a microwave. also, are you able to recycle the sticker / are you creating more waste?
