Visited on a weekend for early dinner. Managed to get seats quickly. Everything came hot and crispy fries so thats a plus point. Love the spaghetti alot even though im not a tomato based lover.

First time ordering and Pay extra money for fast delivery but end up also slow and no chilies sauce provided. Very disappointed The chicken are so small

This outlet is better than at Waterwat Point. Food is served fast. The food is good however, their gravy isn't the same as in the Philippines. Venue-wise, it's small. They could also improve the customer interaction as they seems to be stressed and unapproachable.

I was eating at a high table and I noticed one of the staff fiddling with the dustbin. Staff removed the bag of rubbish and put it right beside another customer that was seated close to the dustbin. He was very rough with the rubbish but thankfully the customer was done eating and wasn't affected by it but if it were me, I'd be disturbed by how rough he was handling rubbish right beside me. I also noticed that after all that he did, he put the bag full of rubbish back without throwing it away. Nothing else could be thrown in anymore as it was full. The other staff outside did not clear the rubbish either and just aimlessly walked around. Honestly as a food place, hygiene is very important so I think this needs to be worked on.

Find the opening hours till 10pm via Google, travel down all the way just to takeaway for my craving. Reached at 9.02pm and all the counters & self kiosk are shut down. Have checked with the staff politely if I can just takeaway. But 2 of the staff told me : see, we are closed at 9pm. I'm really disappointed and went home with empty hand. Understand F&B usually will have last order before 30mins for closure but have not encountered 1 hour so far. Please edit your opening hours or stated your last order clearly to avoid confusion to your customers. This is the first time visiting the Tampines outlet and gonna be my last.

As expected, Jollibee food is prepared slower than other fast food chains. Probably because they fry their chicken on small batches. But that's okay because their chicken is sooooo good and frieddd tooo perfection.

Horrendous experience at this tampines 1 jollibee store. The staff only prepare food for dine in and totally forgot about take away customers. To them, it seems like it is acceptable for customers to wait for 30mins for a simple takeaway order. To make things worse, their back end staff came out to the counter and point fingers and shout at their angry customers. What in the world happened that makes them think that they can treat their customers so horribly. When questioned them on why are they only preparing the food for dine in, nobody can answer. I asked again then what's the point of giving people queue numbers when you dont even follow? Yet again, nobody can answer me properly.They should seriously go get trained at McDonald's. McDonald's simply completed a take away order in 3mins. Strongly urged everyone to refrained from patronising this outlet. Unless you want to try waiting for your fast food to be done in 30mins and get served by very arrogant and rude staff, and get your day ruined. Very very terribly trained staff, extremely rude, arrogant and unacceptable service. P.s before lodging a complaint, I actually asked the staff the first time after waiting for 15mins and the male manager told me the next one is mine. But stepping back and I waited for another 15mins all I saw was dine in orders getting prepped.

Counter service bad . Server was obviously very unhappy and didn’t wish to be there. Didn’t give me cutlery for my mash potato , no napkins , POOR SERVICE. Don’t bother to check what orders we collecting and just push the tray out for everyone to oneself check and take . Food is average. Mash potato is super dry despite the gravy. Not sure what’s the craze about since they opened . Poppye and Texas way better .

All the staff were super super super rude and arrogant. They served so slowly despite there were no crowd and a lot of manpower. They even scold their customers and throw food around. Seriously, their management should learned from McDonald's.

I think this is the most terrible branch I ever visit in Singapore. The spaghetti 1/3 is hard not sure if undercooked or not prep properly (for those tried to cook spaghetti for the very first time you will know, if your pan is too hot causing the spaghetti to stick at the side hence the spaghetti is hard). The chicken was cold, I came around 4pm plus. You might want to say that 4pm this timing chicken served will be cold. But I tell u nope. I tried to visit Jollibee at bedok mall branch at similar timing the chicken is juicy and serve hot. The staff at counter after receiving your money just let you collect yourself the receipt. And the cleaner inside was coughing so badly not covering his mouth, yes he wore a mask but he put under his chin. I escaped from that outlet immediately after I finish eating. It's terrible experience. I won't come again.

I did a pick up. When I reach hime, I notice 1 can of coke is missing. Very dissapointed. No QC check by the packers. Also your outlet have no number to call. I am short changed! Please call me. I want to redeem back my can coke. 97420826 my number. My purchase at Century Square. I can show u my pic and receipt

Today when I walked in they weren’t busy at all, but at the end it ending up with the female staff forgot giving me rice and I never found out until I got home. The staff were chick chak talking and didn’t pay attention to preparing..What an experience, now have to cook rice by myself

Food is typical fast food, nothing to complain about. However the service is very bad. First of all, I ordered for dine in, and they didn't not provide serviettes, and when I asked for it, they were very reluctant to give any at all. Also, because I ordered too much , I asked for 1 paper box and a bag, the staff just swing his hand at me without saying anything, and when I asked again, he just loudly say no without explanation. Definitely not a good experience here

Overall the food was decent, fast and the staff behind the counter was average HOWEVER, There is ONE staff that goes around clearing tables and every few mins will pull up his shirt to his chest level, pull down his pants, pull it back up and pull down his shirt, in the dining area. I understand if some staff needs additional training but this is unacceptable

30 Dec 2023 - takeaway at 2.30pm. Fried chicken that is NOT CRISPY, NOT JUICY & average/below-average flavour. Come here if the above-mentioned is what you're looking for... Basically a waste of money & calories. No crunch or crisp to the batter/skin at all, even after heating up in the oven. White meat parts like the breast & wing are super dry & hard, brown meat parts like the thigh, drumstick & rib weren't juicy either, but at least they're not mushy. I had both the original & spicy - the flavour for original was just average, spicy was just an overwhelming heat/peppery spice coming across without much other flavour. Gravy was blah.... I don't understand why people eat this at all...

Jollibee's distinctive and special recipe undoubtedly satisfies fried chicken cravings, offering a variety of options including chicken, burgers, and spaghetti. Situated near the entrance between Tampines Mall and Century Square, this branch consistently attracts a full crowd. The challenge lies in securing a seat, often requiring waiting for others to finish their meals. Unfortunately, some patrons tend to linger for personal activities after eating. On the positive side, the staff, particularly the cleaner, is diligent in maintaining a clean environment. However, the small water for handwashing can be inconvenient. Despite these considerations, the delicious food makes the experience worthwhile.

Chicken parts are pretty small. Previously they provided cheaper alternative to the other fried chicken chain, but recently, they are as expensive as the rest. Always see the staff use the same pair of gloves to handle compressing the garbage and wiping the tables at the same time. Probably will not come often to this place.
