I had a great experience at this McDonald's location (at Admiralty Mrt). The restaurant had a nice space and layout, with an ice cream kiosk right beside the main counter. The self-ordering kiosks and the option to order through the app made the process convenient. The second floor had ample seating options. Speaking of the meal, I ordered the muffin set, and it didn't disappoint. The muffin was delicious and maintained the standard that I've come to expect from McDonald's. The crispy hashbrown had the perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, without feeling too greasy. Overall, I had a positive experience at this McDonald's location. The nice space, convenient ordering options, and tasty food made it an enjoyable visit. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area and craving some McDonald's favorites

Haloooo!!!! $4.40 for this fries? I ordered large, i normally dun check because i know F& B has standard. But look what just happened? I decided to buy fries as i crave for few days, and it was 29mins ago (12:30pm) and i just reach home, and found out to this? What the heck???! I didn't even touch until i opened at home! Normally i dun really like reviewing, but this one kennot tahan me eyy!! Very bad! Very stingy. I know everything has inflation now a days, but u must serve the standard one! I work F&B before, i know it!

Wake up you freaking idea, McDonald!! 1st the fries was topples n scattered all over the tray. And it’s cold. Then when I open my fillet, it’s crooked n all over the places. Like the fillet is being slapped anyhow onto the bread n cheese. No training given prior to your workers? No wonder giving away soft toy as promotional lures.

Service was quite good, I bought the Big Mac at an off peak hour. I do enjoy the atmosphere a lot. I would definitely come back again (and also because I live like what five minutes away) I got the deal on offer, it was warm and hot when I got it.

Probably the worst mcdonald service in town! Overflowing mocha frappe, super slow service (though mcd is known for their fast service), no napkins and straw provided for dine in had to ask at the counter. I thought that's basic at other outlets?

19 Aug 2023 10.45am. Came here for breakfast. I was impressed with the old lady helping to serve us there. She is so disciplined, so polite and honesty she experience does make my meal feel so much nicer. She may be old but grow old gracefully and have the best working attitude that sadly some younger workers lack. However I saying in general as some old people really cannot be graceful . 🙏 I think they should change the fast food to slow food . Kopitam is even faster now for some of the places I visited. Very sad day indeed. Mac is such a strong company with good management but still have such problems, and I heard pay is super low . 😕 hmm

The food are cold, not even warm when dine in. The skin of the hashbrown has stuck on the paper cover, imagine how cold it is. I customised my scramble egg sausage muffin without the sauce only. When it is served, they also remove the cheese, not attentive to special order. Sigh.. getting from bad to worse.
