Macdonald outlet located inside the community centre. There are both in doors and out doors seating available. Just take note that the indoor seats are limited. The outdoor area is more spacious. Very crowded outlet. You can see residents and students having a meal here. The area has been kept clean. For this particular outlet, this is the first time that I noticed that there are cushions added onto the hard plastic seats. It made the seats more comfortable for customers to sit. The food is the standard Macdonald menu. So no additional comments. The service for this outlet has to improve. Clearly short handed. My order was left on the counter for a while. It seemed that there wasn’t a dedicated staff to bring the food to the customers. Another issue was, the safe distancing measures weren’t enforced: - I saw at least one person with the mask pulled to chin level. - There are people sitting at “restricted” seats. I do hope that Macdonald can do more to enforce the Covid measures, everyone must do their part.

Super crowded and cramp even though there are indoor and outdoor seats but limited availability. Placed my order at 12.08pm and received the food at 12.46pm. They have placed the drinks out on their trolley for more den 10mins and diluted while slowly waiting for the food to comes out. Some staffs really doesn't have the customer service standards at all.

Some mistakes in my orders. Once I ordered pepper chicken but they give spicy chicken. Now I order double beef prosperity but they give single , the wrapping show double. I'm so 'lucky' to get the mistake when I purchase once in a while. So disappointed everytime I take away

Worst manager or whoever that picked up the phone call. Sounded indian. Ordered grabfood since 11.27PM and only received at 12.50AM. I immediately called the restaurant and told them about the missing order and the manager refused to send a delivery guy for my correct order, even though OTHER OUTLET MANAGERS HAD DONE THE SAME when i also used grabfood. waited for so long just for staff to pack wrong. waste my time and money. Lousy service. Completely unapologetic and didnt bother asking about MY ORDERS.

High critic of Macdonald's because I eat a lot of it. Ordered fries with nuggets on 10 Dec 2022 at 6:15pm. Let me just explain, the fries were perfectly salted, although not super crunchy, a little soggy, but the salt portion covered it all, making it perfect. Nuggets were perfectly fried golden brown, a bite of crunchy outer layer, with warm chicken inside. Why I am making such a big deal? Even if it is fast food, whoever was in charge of frying is down right experienced, and deserve this review. I have tried tons of Macdonald's, some stale, some hard, none met the perfection of this sort. May it be just luck, or experience, may it happens more often.

AVOID THIS McDonald's Outlet! 🚫 Nighttime seating is cut by over half due to outdoor seats' closure. Food quality is consistently bad - cold, hard nuggets, soggy fries, and dry burgers with little to no sauce. Inefficient packing of orders with workers complaining. Blame the poor management! Choose a different location for a better experience. This outlet is an embarrassment to McDonald's.

It's too late to come out to eat in the store. I waited for more than 30 minutes after ordering. It's too late to bring it to your seat as an excuse that there are few busy employees. The product gets cold and becomes delicious. I make a bad face when I ask for an exchange. The product is on the receiving table, but it doesn't bring it! It's the same every time, and I can't see any progress.
