Average And Cheap Burger! BK is my go to whenever I can’t think of anything to eat. I like that their burgers are flame grilled albeit a tad dry. This outlet is empty even on weekday lunch so its perfect for a quick bite. Service is.. none existent. So if you want a no frills fast food experience.. BK is the place to be lol! Oh and its weird that they only check your vaccination status when you are already getting your food. @@

hi I like BK for its onion rings and mushroom Swiss burger. I've patronised this outlet several times after my weekly workout but today was exceptionally unpleasant. To say that the service standard needs improvement is an understatement. 1 of 2 kiosks was out of service; your cashier staff turned away customers and refused to accept any orders over the counter; the payment gateway page for your app doesn't load. despite the long queue I could only place my order at the one and only precious kiosk. the cashier staff was extremely rude. She got angsty from having to shout for order nos. for food collection, why couldn't she just use the queue machine? I was given a wrong burger for my order as well, she asked me what is it when I approached her, and before I could say anything she snatched away my burger and receipt, as if she already knew about the wrong burger. The outlet isn't very clean as well. Food crumbs could be seen littered on the seats and on the ground. For the sake of onion rings, please do something about your service and staff.

Can burger King please educate you staff properly? You wan spoil your own name? This is the worst burger King ever in sg, cheese fries with a little cheese and the fries is soggy and a bit under Cook, the cheese burger is cold and not even warm, you cashier when give me my set never give me fock, never give me tisu and don't even give me sauce, I ask for tisu then he give me one piece, is your tisu make from gold? I order 2set and give me one piece?? Seriously I used to love burger King so much not no more

Waited 45 minutes for food. No apology or gesture of good will, just a shrug and a smirk. Last week we waited 30 minutes but thought it was a one-off. Food was good when it finally arrived, though. Luckily, we're tourists and aren't going to be back again!

A firm gav of mine - rending burger. Always good. A usually quiet spot foe fast food. Unfortunately, today my zen slightly marred by a family of seagulls partaking in their catch of the day amidst (very) loud cackle!

It was a horrible experience! I waited 30mins for my meal. I placed the order and paid at 10:10pm and 20mins+ later 10:30pm the staff tells me they are closing and cannot process my order. Worse, they could not figure out how to refund the money back to me as I paid by card. The supervisor refused to give me his name.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Visited Plaza Sing outlet on 23 June at around 7:50pm. Was not expecting much and got the Japanese Kakiage Combo for 2. Not even 10 minutes in, my order number was already called. Food was hot, everything was prepared nicely, cleanliness was not an issue. Overall the best Burger King experience I’ve ever had in Singapore. Kudos to the closing shift and keep up the good work👍👍👍

The food has been better compared to the previous times I ate there. The patty is more juicy, and not as dry as it was before. The mango ice cream also tastes amazing. I kind of like the way that they call out for the orders as the screen doesn't just display the number, plays a tune but additionally the servers also loudly call out the numbers so that the customers will not miss out their numbers.

Ordered 2 hamburgers and paid extra dollar for cheese but got nothing. The quality of BK hamburger cannot be compared with MacD's cheeseburger. $4 is very expensive for 2 pieces of buns and 1 thin slice of meat with NO cheese. Very dry.

constantly super delayed service up to 45 min during lunch hours. poor coordination among crew members. they run out of water bottle and push customers to choose other drinks rather than refund
