Chanced upon this pizza place and I would have to say I am very pleased with this surprise! Food is amazing and is on par (or better than) with some Italian restaurants, but at a much more affordable price. Chefs made the dough on the spot and the truffle pasta tasted absolutely perfect. Would definitely support again!

This is truly an Italian restaurant where everything is made from scratch. The pizza and pasta was amazing ! Great hidden gem within capitol piazza will definitely return again for the food.

Their pizza is what I call a 'real' authentic Italian pizza. I could a whole pizza all by myself. They make everything from scratch, from the pizza dough, to the Calzone, to even the Panino bread. I've been going back there again and again. Their prices are so affordable and it's my go-to pizza place. Been telling my friends and family to go there. I can't wait to see what more GIOIA has to offer. 😋🍕

Read it online and decided to give it a go. Definitely worth the travel to get this! Made from scratch! Pizza was great. Pasta was superb and quantity was worth the price! Even my 3 yr old boy ate it! Since the pastas and pizzas are made to order so you have to give the chef some time to prepare it. I say this again, it is really value for money! You will be paying X2 for less portion over at other more established restaurants compared to Gioia pastas/pizza Will definitely come again! Pros: taste, value and quantity
