The counter assistant, the only person working in the shop, was helpful, polite, and friendly, so 5 stars for her. one star for the franchise that was openly advertising a deal (2 dozen for 55) that was no longer available, and to the manager for refusing to honour the deal (which was posted with no expiry date or any indication it was not in force)

This Krispy Cream is like a hole in a wall, is very small, the place it was dirty by the waiting area, it looks depressing. At least the donuts were good, even thought that the prices were up to the roof. They need to keep that place more clean.

If you guys open at 12pm, DO NOT PUT THE SIGN THAT SAYS 1130am. It’s a waste of peoples time waiting and waiting with no indication how long more do we have to wait. When we knocked on the door to try get your staffs attention she shouted some jibberish. What a shame that such a great donut store has such sub-par service. If you cannot open at 1130am, then change your opening hours. I would rather travel to vivocity to get the donuts than to ever purchase it at rws. Do better.

Oh my gosh all of the frosting melted and ew my donut is too sweet and staff is not the best.Not reccomended.

Hilariously awful staff that randomly and arbitrarily closes the store every 15 minutes or so for a 1 hour break then glares at you like you killed her whole family when you manage to catch the store when it’s actually “open” and place an order. Pathetic location. Don’t waste your time or money here.
