Staff were helpful and service was great.. free flow drinks, dessert, meats and sides for $19.90++ lunch. Add $10 to get the premium options. Overall, not bad!!

Seriously under staff. Even the kitchen helper need to come out to help. Food wise is tasteless without the sauce. Order Supreme set which is the most expensive buffet but the beef is like mince meat and not wayu at or likely is super lower quality cuts and ultra thin. Not suitable for BBQ and only meant for Sabu Sabu. The only thing I know about thier wayu beef is that it had a lot of oil/fats that's all Seafood wise... The prawn is not really fresh. The shell all stuck to the meat like been glue to it. Unless you fried it till crispy and eaten the shell together, don't take the prawn. The color looks good but really if try peeling it, you have nothing much left to eat The wax paper the use for BBQ had to replace yourself as they are so under staff. And the paper actually get burned after every set of cook. The one hour lunch I had changed almost like 10 or 12 piece or more paper I forget. Total damage for 2 pax on weekdays lunch is $110. If not my friend had a quench for Seoul Garden, I don't think I would ever drop by as there are many much better shop out there. With this kind of price for this kind of service and this type of food.... seriously this will be my first and last time in Seoul Garden.

Very good service. Staff was very accommodating. Regular buffet menu is already excellent without need of addons.

Packed during lunch hours. Nothing fancy, if youre into sizzling food, here is the place to be. Halal and good variety. Only thing is, place not so spacious and can be super noisy.

Average food and service. Entire restaurant was too noisy and squeezy during a weekday lunchtime.

Service staff are efficient Food is topped up efficiently too A lot of walking here and there is needed as it is a buffet setting. However, walking space is really constraint. They should think of expanding into a larger area😊

Being a long time since I done here. A good spread especially with the premium tier. Soup bases are also good. Service was excellent as compared to another Japanese restaurant of a similar concept. Miss Lee was the star of the day as she meticulously and patiently serve our every requests with excellent politeness and fast effective service. Will definitely visit again!

Went with the company and I was thinking ok gonna be a real normal buffet. Oh boy was I wrong, we had upgraded to the premium meat menu and the free flow of premium steaks and wagyu meat were awesome. Service was perfect as they send timely to your table. The only flaw which is acceptable is the lack of space between the tables, when it get crowded it gets squeezy.

Had one of the best experiences with the server named Crystal at the bugis outlet. She is a prc and she took the effort to speak English to us. She was extremely kind and helpful although it was very packed and still had a smile on her face. She was fast and reliable. Have not had service like this in a long time. 5 star service!

Title: A Memorable Dining Experience Thanks to Seoul Garden's Outstanding Manager, Mr. Sam! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Seoul Garden, a DIY sizzling Korean restaurant, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. While I won't delve into the food itself, as the concept revolves around customers cooking their own meals, I feel compelled to highlight the incredible service provided by the restaurant's manager, Mr. Sam. His dedication and attentiveness truly made my visit memorable. Despite the ongoing pandemic, Mr. Sam's warm and welcoming demeanor shone through, even behind his mask. From the moment I stepped in, his presence exuded a genuine hospitality that instantly put me at ease. It's remarkable how his infectious enthusiasm permeated the atmosphere, creating a welcoming ambiance for all guests. One of the standout qualities of Mr. Sam was his willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring that customers had a delightful experience. He took the time to personally show me around the buffet area, explaining the various options available and highlighting the restaurant's specialties. This personal touch allowed me to make informed choices and added a personal connection to the dining experience. What truly impressed me was Mr. Sam's omnipresence throughout the restaurant. Despite the bustling environment, he seemed to be everywhere at once, ensuring that every customer was well taken care of. Whether it was refilling drinks, clearing tables, or addressing any concerns, Mr. Sam's attentiveness was truly commendable. His unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in his actions, making me feel valued as a guest. In my opinion, Mr. Sam is the true star of Seoul Garden. His exceptional service, coupled with his friendly and approachable nature, sets the standard for outstanding restaurant management. The dedication and enthusiasm he brings to his role are truly praiseworthy, and his efforts deserve recognition. In conclusion, my experience at Seoul Garden was made extraordinary by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Sam. His warm welcome, informative guidance, and unwavering attention to customer needs left a lasting impression on me. I wholeheartedly believe that Mr. Sam should be considered for the EXSA gold award, as his contributions to the restaurant and the overall dining experience are truly remarkable. I highly recommend Seoul Garden to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Had a great experience at this outlet mainly due to the amazing service rendered by Pam/Pamela. She was friendly, helpful, consistent and genuine in serving us - from the time of purchase right up to the end of our lunch. Despite some technical issues they were facing and a very busy lunch crowd, Pamela continued to check in on us periodically, helped us with our orders manually, and even helped to cook and cut up the sirloin steak when the crowd eased a little. Food could be better. We took up the Supreme buffet which allowed us access to all cuts of meat including premium ones like the Wagyu. But not many were impressive though I did enjoy the dry aged beef and sirloin steak. For the price though, I would say it was good value for money. Tables felt a little tight - being pregnant, it was a bit hard to get in and out of the table - it depends which seat you get. And the place was really packed despite it being almost 2pm. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable, bustling atmosphere.

Place is dirty and super unhygienic. You can see cockroach climbing out from no where. I hope the management does something about this issue.

I book a reservation at 12pm lunch timing. Even though, i was a little late, they still reserved a table for me. Super friendly staff, I want to highlight this staff name Pam, she was really friendly, very helpful too. She joke with us which did lighten the atmosphere a lot. Pam, acts of service was top notch. It is very rare to get a good customer service when it was pack with many of customers. Pam, thank you so much, very grateful.

As a casual foodie who relishes in the art of communal dining, I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local favorite that caters to both hotpot enthusiasts and grill aficionados. This gem is particularly popular among small tour groups looking for an indulgent feast without breaking the bank. Upon arrival, you're greeted with an array of chilled raw meats ready to be cooked to your liking—though it's worth noting that pork isn't on the menu here. It's a carnivore's delight with beef, chicken, lamb, and seafood selections that promise freshness and quality. Vegetarians might find options limited but there are enough greens and mushrooms to throw into your bubbling broth or onto the sizzling grill. The highlight for many is certainly their free-flow fluffy white rice—a perfect accompaniment to soak up all those rich flavors from your pot or grill. And let’s not forget about their unique fountain tap sofas – quite literally couches where you can quench your thirst in style! For dessert lovers like myself, choices are somewhat restricted; however, they do offer tubs of ice cream which provide a sweet ending to what is usually a spice-laden meal. One thing this place excels at is service efficiency—the staff whisks away used plates and bowls with such speed that one never has to sit long with cluttered table space. This attention ensures every inch of precious real estate on your table can be dedicated to more important things...like food! While highly recommended for intimate gatherings (think groups of 4), larger parties may want to think twice as accommodating more than 16 diners could result in some logistical gymnastics due to space constraints. In summary, if you're planning an outing with a few fellow food-loving friends who enjoy cooking up their own storm while engaging in lively banter over delicious bites—and don't mind missing out on pork dishes—this buffet hotpot and grill venue should definitely be on your list! Just remember: it’s best enjoyed in smaller companies unless you’re prepared for cozy closeness during peak hours.

Service here was superb. My friend and i went to dine in and Crystal have the best and top notch service. Crystal is a great addition to the team. Coming from someone that has been dining in here for years. This has been by far the best service i’ve received and will definitely come here again just for her. I really really enjoyed my time her and so does my friend 👍🏽 loved it

Indulge in a halal-certified Korean BBQ Beef extravaganza, where succulent meat meets unlimited molten cheese. Perfectly marinated beef sizzles on the grill, promising a feast for carnivores. The harmonious blend of rich flavors and gooey cheese creates an irresistible culinary experience. This spot is a paradise for beef aficionados seeking mouthwatering delights in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those craving an authentic K-BBQ indulgence with a cheesy twist!

Pretty standard quality of meats, some are chewy or tough but overall good. There is a bbq grill as well as a hotpot soup of your choice, so you can grill meat while enjoying the boiling pot of soup! Quite a wide range - lamb, marinated beef in many types as well as chicken. Note: the chicken takes the longest to cook for some reason, would recommend taking the lamb and beef. There are a few selection of seafood too, from scallops, to clams, prawns, and octopus. There is a cooked food station where there is kimchi rice, fries, fried dumplings etc. Vegetables are also available - xiao bai cai, cabbage, lettuce, mushrooms, tofu, fishball, and beehoon. There is a small drink bar and ice cream station! Pretty good spread and tasty ice cream to finish the meal off with.
