5 star for tea, coffee, ayam bakar and ayam lemak. The rice is rich and aromatic, chicken is tender and sauce is tasty. Ikan bilis at the side is crunchy and light, not oily. 4 star for mee siam, mee rubus. The highlight of the mee rubus dish was the bergedill, while highlight of mee siam was the freshness of prawns. Edit: Prices have been raised and there are no prawns in today's meesiam. There was also no bergedill in the mee rubus. Hope this is just temporary supply issue...

Something is REALLY REALLY wrong here. The menu is promising. But the service is horrendous. It seems that the place went from 5 stars to 2 stars in the last 5 weeks. Yes. There is no teamwork at all. The cooking (two females) and overstretched order processing cum cashier guy are not working together. To make matters worse, unwashed dishes are piled up in the tray-return area as well inside the kitchen. Flies are swarming around. Saw the scene when we were returning the trays. The long queue of delivery riders added to the melee. Someone should look into this. For it is shame as the place is nice and the food variety is enticing. For the record, the toasts are good and the laksa is better than that from toastbox.

The place is nice with big area and air con. The deco is also not bad quite modern. The staff especially the Indian lady cashier is very friendly and polite. She talks very nicely and very patient with customers. I enjoy her service, it’s very good. The coffee is very strong. The kaya toast is crispy and nice but kaya a bit on the sweet side. The eggs done nicely and I’m glad they crack for us unlike toast box which is a hassle and mess to crack egg myself. We had the Mee siam, laksa, ocean toast also not bad. The ayam rice also ok portion size. Don’t expect wow so wonderful food but just ok coffeeshop stuff, add a bit more money for aircon and environment. Don’t mind eating here again if I’m in the area.

Had a really weird experience here. Ordered Milo Kosong. Saw their machine put in sweetener. Repeat to staff I want kosong. But the staff say “Milo cannot kosong because it’s already sweet ” (word for word). Told her no sweetener. Just Milo powder and hot water. Staff said “it’s the machine. I already press 0” cannot change. In all the stores I have been to in the last decade. I have never heard of such logic 😂

5-Star: Service: Been here thrice & each time, the service attitude has been consistently 5-Stars 5-Star: Unsure why the coffee here taste better, despite using the same useless machine at KoFu? Did they add in certain flavours as their coffee has an aroma that taste better than Ya Kun (which is very high level)... 4-Star: Somore Hazelnut Toast: Luv their exotic toast menu's, only try 2 so far. 3-Star: Ocean Catch: Unsure the ingredients used but it doesn't have enough of umami taste for me to feel satisfied... Comes with nicely crack soft boil egg though 4.5-Star: Prata with Curry Chicken + $1 Chill Egg: absolutely luv it. Plus, the Prata is flurry and crispy, absolutely different from the usual Prata from Prata shop

Ordered their laksa and portion was very small for the price. While it tastes decent, the place was very stuffy.
