Fabulous poke! They have very fresh and great quality ingredients. Enjoyed the chunky, juicy and well marinated salmon. Soooo yummy! 😋😋😋 I even packed two poke bowls for my sons and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Tried their kale juice too. Very refreshing! Service crew are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back for more pokes! 😄

They have variety of meats and flavors. You can choose from rice, soba or quinoa. For the meat you can choose different tuna, salmon and chicken flavors. For vegetarians you can choose Avocado. There are alot grains and fruits you can choose from. What i like are Pomegranate and seaweed. The toppings are unique. You have fried shallots, metiniko and furikake for flavor.

Poke theory has be obsessed with poke for weeks. This branch is quite small with one standing table, so it's great to visit when you want to grab poke quickly on the spot. If you're an nus student, you can get a discount too. The shoyu salmon and tuna is so good to add to the mix! My favorite base is the lemon herb quinoa.

The bowl is deceptively small and the food is damn expensive. The food handler picks the food like it's for some fine dining delicacy... Definitely not gonna go back and eat it.

Went to have acai bowl yesterday. It was really good until the cockroach showed up on the dining table. My friends and I were freaked out and shouting there is a cockroach!! Surprisingly no one cared :) It was shocking. Cockroach! It is cockroach! Which shouldnt be there!! Then i wanted to throw up what I just had. We kept telling the staff that you guys should do something. Then one of the staff came out to catch the cockroach by hand with tissue. Second bomb was this. By tissue…? Hygienic is the priority for restaurant, no? All the staff at the restaurant made me feel im the weird one. They have ‘Why do you freak out by cockroach’ vibe. Very disappointing.

$14.5 for the standard portion. 100g of salmon feels a bit little. However, quite a lot of toppings, making it overall a filling meal. Didn’t really like the jalapeno relish. Also found the spices of sweet potato mash too strong.

No queue but very small branch only about 3 tables and 10 seats in total. But really delicious

Terrible service. Ordered takeaway yesterday and the pineapple and pickled beetroot tasted off and abit spoilt, even though I ate the bowl immediately upon collection at my office. Moreover, although I specifically requested for the sauce to be placed separately – they still mixed it together with the tuna. And then gave me a separate container of sauce. I could barely eat the bowl due to allergy issues and had to avoid all the parts which were mixed with the sauce

Tried the nutty flavoured acai bowl. The portion was decent, and the staff was quite friendly. However, the acai was frozen and hard, which made it a bit difficult to eat. The taste was alright, but it seemed like they had pre-scooped the acai and frozen it

Definitely prefer a Poke bowl over Chirashi don anyday. I was too overzealous with the self-serve sauce today, other than that it was an enjoyable & sumptuous bowl of Poke as usual. For a big eater, the regular size is more than good enough, both the overall portion and the amount of Poke(sashimi).

The food is presented very prettily and tasted amazing. It’s a good concept with fresh and tasty ingredients that you can customise your bowls with, and a healthy option for sure! I got the mentaiko salmon bowl - with ingredients pre selected, and it was a perfect balance of rice, vegetables, sauce, and salmon. There are even sizes to choose from too. Although not too student price friendly, it is pretty worth it. I would eat it again for sure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is generally good, although small space.

Always love their salmon shoyu, with all their garnishes (furukake and fried shallots are a must-get)!

Food is as usual. Small amount of lettuce for the small portion. Taste is good.

I visited Poke Theory at Kent Ridge 2 weeks ago during lunch time and took away a light bowl with sushi rice. As I was nearly finished with my meal back in the office, I spotted a live, crawling worm in the bowl (refer to the attached picture and video). I suspect it originated from one of the toppings I ordered, including cherry tomatoes, seaweed, carrot, cucumber, and sweet potato mash. I am utterly disgusted by this discovery and I expected better hygiene standards from Poke Theory. I was in distress and shock, and immediately emailed Poke Theory about this discovery. However, it’s been more than 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a reply from them. Honestly quite disappointed as I have been a long time customer with Poke Theory. I have not visited them since either.

I won’t lie I love the poke here BUT really they gotta start being consistent about the sauces. Initially I loved this place because we were able to get all the sauces ourselves as they were displayed at the side in squeeze bottles. But the next time I went, they removed those bottles and gave us in small containers. Then today, they told me only one small sauce (in container) limited to one poke! How is one small sauce enough for one poke!!! That’s criminal. Please poke theory we love your sauces, don’t be stingy about it now. Reply to question from Poke Theory: It was always at about 12 pm and it was dine in.
