Cookies are always great, but... Service at this outlet is poor. Young lady manning the register both inattentive and unclear. Prices have quietly gone up 5% from just a week ago. Their new membership system is silly, it doesn't even begin to cover that price increase.

Very rude & bad service. The staff just slams the tin on the glass display because I asked for the Christmas tin which is not available in the store.
