I have been a Pezzo customer for a few years, however, yesterday's visit to purchase Pezzo at Waterway Point was disappointing. My typical orders at Pezzo are usually the Double Blessings set. And in the past, I was allowed to switch my Popcorn Chicken side to something else as I am a Vegetarian. But yesterday, I was informed by the staff that it is no longer allowed to do so (even if I'm a Vegetarian) according to new management rules. I hope this feedback would assist in having you reconsider those options, especially for customers who are vegetarians. Unfortunately, due to this, I can no longer order my usual Double Blessings set and will need to seek alternative options elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Take care.

Missing order. I ordered a single bundle set on foodpanda, It state that it will have cheese sticks and nacho fries. But when it arrived only have 2 pizza slices and 2 drinks-.- cheated my money.

It’s pretty alright if u buy it in person but I got mine just dragged out of the fridge because everything is chilly cold and soft from delivery

Used to be family favourite pizza place and a must buy for Christmas party but standard and service have dropped recently. Pizza were not warm and have to reheat back home. Many of the pizza were not available as the staff were not able to make the pizza fast enough.

Order suppose to have 4pcs of Wings but did not received. The Pizza & Popcorn Chicken received is cold, soft & open up. Tried to call to check & feedback but to no avail. Not recommended for delivery.

Did not honour Shopback promotion, gave excuse that $0.90 deal is a new one different from $2.90 promotion, and hence only Cheese pizza is redeemable. In fact the voucher condition states four classic flavours redeemable (see Screenshot). Did not want to make a commotion as other customers waiting in line so settled with the Cheese pizza. However, staff attitude and knowledge is really horrible.

I buy This morning at 1120 am I going pezzo wwp Mall , have one man Staff and he super super grumpy and not professional at all . I ask the QR scan cannot he not answer , and I ask Chili flakes he said sold out and I said Chili sauce he said out of stock with his grumpy face , this is not my first time buy here . He really unprofessional at all . Pezzo you better train your staff to treat your customers well .

Its 1120AM on a Saturday morning and nothing is served yet...male staff serving is very rude brushing customer away with a wait hand sign and busy with the phone
