My default selections at soup spoon but i feel like the soup quality has dropped. Tasted abit floury and couldnt really taste the chunks of mushrooms anymore. Soup was not really hot either.. Soba was very disappointing too. It used to be very nice but this soba was quite hard and cut into so small pieces it wasnt like long noodle strands which made the texture so bad. Still giving 2 stars since the taste/flavour is consistent, just the quality is bad lor..

Self ordering at entrance. There's different brands' menu in this store, wide range of things to chose from. Ordering system user friendly, smooth ordering process. Gotten 2 salads for takeouts from Salad Fork ~ Cleo's Bowl and Pura Vida. Value for money, the salad fully packed with alot of different ingredients. 👍 Pura Vida was very colourful. I added on an egg. Nice broccoli. The spiced chickpeas were super crunchy. Falafel very dry. I dont see Dukkah, suppose to have? 🤔 Beets miso hummus is sour in taste. My salad dressing came with balsamic vinaigrette instead of carrot dressing. The whole salad was quite sour actually. 😖 Cleo's Bowl quite ok, with generous amount of chicken pieces. The boxes look slim & sleek, however the portion can be really filling! They also provide cutleries, the bright orange colour brightened my mood somehow! 😁 2 salads for $20+. Will buy again for the fresh and generous ingredients, but i am gonna try other salads.

Wow I never knew I could order from soup spoon app! So easy and convenient to use. I had the $5 off $15 spend for birthday month and also 700 points off. So it was really worth the money. I love their clam chowder, not too thick and the right consistency. Will order again!

1 of the few places that aren’t overly crowded, even on weekends. Feel that the food is still decent- everything is always warm and hearty. Glad they’ve allowed the option to remove the bread roll! Note: Place is not the cleanest/ tidiest..

Service was very slow for this outlet, whether it is for dine-in or takeaway. Had Soup Spoon many times over the years. My favourite was the Mushroom Stroganoff. The salad and sandwich menu had changed over the years and it was average now. Tried the burger and it was also average. Still the soup was a better option than the side.

Seating arrangement is a little strange but the service is fine and food tastes great :) Sometimes they have a deal where you get a chicken + a side of mac & cheese or fries + a drink for $8.90 which is pretty alright.

A very unusual experience this evening at the Tampines Mall outlet. 3 of the 5 soups were served cold. I am sure with this kind of careless serving at a place which I have visited many times earlier. No apology from the the service team. They just said that we will reheat and give it. Earlier we noticed that the tables where also not cleaned up. We had to request them to clean before our food arrived. Wish to see the same old wonderful service of Soup Spoon.
