Hi Makisan, if you are going to charge customers $10+ for your Mega San salad then please ensure your customers are getting what they are paying for! The amount ingredients recently is getting worst. Even a exonomic rice store can do better than you without even increasing a cent!

I have ordered from Maki San in Punggol many times, and I like it, despite all the negative reviews about the ingredients being very little or sushi not wrapped properly. It’s always been ok for me. But today I ordered again and added the tempura Kani sticks. It came with a pathetic small container of sauce, that guess what, had already turned mouldy. 🤢 Please maintain a better standard of your food and sauces.

The only eatery that’s not full (in fact rather empty) on a weekend evening. Would think it’s because they are not consistent with the ingredients, firstly they don’t have salmon sashimi in stock, also the total amount of fillings given is not particularly substantial, I can see some parts are missing one or two items. Compared to other maki-sans around this is definitely not on par. Some seating available.

Ordered a mega-san but it was 75% rice... Besides the main ingredient, the amount of fillings were pathetic. It was just a small smear of avocado, literally 1-2 corn per piece of sushi, and I couldn't find my ebikko. Will not recommend this outlet.

The amount of grilled chicken they gave is PATHETIC. Ordered through grabfood, not worth the price point.

Totally satisfied with the food and service. Staffs are efficient and friendly. Best choice when you needed a quick bite. Worth the price!

Ordered MS Combo A Everything is fine except for the Tempura Enoki Mushroom. The coating of batter is too thick and the Mushroom taste disgusting and it looks like a lump not even crispy. I didn't even eat the Mushroom and had it thrown into the bin.

First time having Maki san since I don’t understand why it’s so expensive. Elsewhere is very crowded & I was waiting for my queue to see doctor so I came in to try. Had California dream with a can of jasmine green tea at $11.90. Taste normal, not really consider delicious. Doubt I’ll try again 🙂 ~

worst staff! shouted at us with “i have no time you know” “i called u twice” which was our fault cuz we dropped the receipt then said midway thru our convo “CAN U KEEP IT DOWN MY STAFF US FASTING AND NOT FEELING WELL” sure we can but hell the way he shouted at us like we were pests.

Take out and the service staff puts the Soba sauce plastic container in my food. This plastic is stacked & whike it maybe cleaned internally, the outside nitori maybe dirty and it should not be placed inside the food
