Whenever I passby here theres always Q till today I got the chance to check it out without the need to Q. 😄 I am impressed by the person who has served me. He is patient with the new cashier, very well spoken and he recommended me wat is popular when I told him my 1st time n due to my gastric I din go for their spicy beef or smoked salmon n when he mentioned impossible beef that is plant base, my eyes blink! I like plant base meat. 😍 Their portion is really good, definitely worth the price you pay. Portion is so much better than Maki-San house salads at whitesand. 👍

It's understandable that they always run out of chicken as they only have one kebab machine and everyone loves their chicken. No chicken no problem cos their other options are just as delicious too!!! Especially the impossible meat. It has similar texture as beef but doesn't taste beefy. Ordered for my older bro the impossible kebab and he enjoyed his food without knowing that it's actually not real meat. 😂 Younger bro enjoyed his beef kebab as well. The veggies and smoked salmon are so fresh I love it. Generous portions, I appreciate how their daily bowl looks so pleasant and presentable to eat. 🤤 Kudos white sands staffs!!

Ordered one salmon bowl and one chicken bowl. Asked for multiple serving of mash potato and soba noodles. However, when the staff gaved the 2nd/ 3rd serving of soba noodles and mash potato, she seemed quite reluctant and only scooped few strands of soba noodles and half a spoon of mash potatoes. Not sure it’s due to any supply issues, ingredient shortage or rationing issues? But overall the taste is quite ok. Please give it a try.

Was 2nd in line but staff went to clear all the grab and foodpanda orders until we had to wait for half an hour and more. Cleared until no chicken was left so they said had to wait another 15 minutes. Trololol. What a joke. Please work on this.

So I ordered stuff'd and chose options of only lettuce, cucumber, coscous and broccoli and specigically mentioned to add more cucumber and broccoli since I am not getting any more toppings and they add 4 pieces of Broccoli and like 5 pieces of cucumber and the whole bowl is almost empty. Isn't it supposed to be STUFF'D??? SERIOUSLY????? JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT TO ORDER THEY ARE SENDING US FOOD LIKE THIS? TERRIBLE. WHY CHARGE FULL PRICE THEN????

Have been eating stuff'd for very long at different outlet. Knowing that the price of the raw ingredients has increased, but stuff'd also increase the price for consumers. BUT the portion is becoming lesser and lesser. Mgt, pls do something about it.

used to love stuff'd when it was still at it's original spot - after it moved (to sit with Hugabo), it's pretty awful. honestly didn't care that they didn't bother opening on time (was almost 11am when they uncovered the kiosk, and that was only because we asked for their opening time - we had initially thought that with the shift, they had shifted their hours as well). upon ordering, noticed some ingredients and meals were indicated as sold out (though they were clearly available 🤨); hence, we tried to feedback to the staff but they couldn't solve the problem (despite navigating around the backend kiosk for a good amount of time). which was fine lol, so we just ordered as best as we could and dropped them a note to include the "sold out" items. despite being second in queue, we had to wait quite a while but that's honestly alright. we're okay with waiting. the most atrocious thing happened when they were preparing our quesadilla, which we had added guac to. we noticed that it was prepared and heading towards the front of the line when it was suddenly pulled to the end again. which was confusing lol but that's fine. then the quesadilla disappeared and they started toasting another one. turns out, they had made it wrong (using a burrito style instead with no cheese). once the new quesadilla was toasted, she just pulled the wrongly-made order and emptied the contents onto the quesadilla. it looked so gross bro and the guac disappeared cos it was mashed to god knows where. it was really awful to witness. I was really shocked. all along, I've always loved stuff'd but this was really too much. poorly wrapped and soggy by the time it made it to our hands. there was no sauce because it was still on the original burrito skin lol. was the worst quesadilla ever. hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. thanks.

Food is good, but the portion gets smaller after moving to another area with upgraded hardware. P.s. ordered ultimate daily bowl but overall half of the container.

Terrible service, wait for more than 1 hour. I think they made the order of those customers who hurried them first, but not following the order number. I didn't know that and kept waiting. Really terrible management planning. Never stuffd again, I'll eat Subway

Giving this outlet a 1* as I waited a shocking 30-mins for my Beef Burrito on 09/10/2023 7pm. Stuff'd concept is "quick-service" but there was nothing quick about this service. Here's my account of what happened: I ordered my burrito at 7:06pm and received it only at 7:40pm. The burrito tasted great and I love the staff's energy but the SOP was horrible. With the transparency of the counter, I could clearly see that they were finishing ALL the daily bowls order at once instead of finishing the orders based on the time of order. My order was number 723, and at 7:37pm, even orders 755 and 757 which were just ordered less than 10 mins ago were ready. Why is this so? Why aren't the orders prepared based on time of order? Is this fair? There were more than 4 people working behind the counter and it looks pretty well-staffed to me. If the wait time was so long due to something reasonable (e.g. not having a certain ingredient), PLEASE inform us through the ordering system BEFORE we order. The waiting time may very well affect whether we would proceed with the order and I think it's only fair to let customers know. Also, I noticed one of the lady staff taking off her plastic gloves every single time she finished a burrito. This is not very efficient. Why not leave the plastic to the customers? Just a suggestion. I'm not keen in ordering stuff'd again until these issues are rectified.

Staff did not wear mask properly (wear at his chin level) and was talking and singing/playing while preparing the food. Provided incorrect order (order 3 servings of mashed and 2 servings of corn but only received single serving each).

I've been buying stuffd at white sands for the past 1 year and it has never disappointed me. ordered at their new store today with self ordering kiosk - am very disappointed at the quality of the burrito. very little chicken and sides given compared to previously where the staff will wrap the burrito in front of you, plus my bbq sauce was missed out as well. the burrito was also wrapped poorly and ingredients were falling out.this was not even bought during peak dinner time, will not be patronising in future

I visited the PR outlet on 22 Dec 2023 just before 5pm today to enquire about a pre-order of 50 pcs. I asked for the manager but was ignored by all 3 staff there. I was kept waiting while they huddled together for a chat. I walked away when there was no attention given to me. Pity, as I was keen to try the products seeing long queues in its old location. And the brand came in mind to cater for a talk I am giving for an international SG festival. Sadly the poor service and the dark congested new location did not give me the confidence it was hygenic as before. Have now considered Polar next door. Thank you.

Please check your orders carefully!! 29 December: I ordered 2 daily bowls from here and 1 of the order was missing cilantro rice and mashed potatoes. 4 January: I ordered 2 daily bowls from here and 1 of the order was missing mashed potatoes. I love your food so I really hope this recurring problem can be fixed. I didn't have such problems when the ordering was manual. Seems like there's a problem with the self service kiosk?

Ordered a chicken quesadilla at about 8+ pm. The entire quesadilla was filled with chicken SKIN, and ONLY chicken skin?? If you ran out of meat at a late hour, you should just indicate ‘sold out’ and not simply give customers a bunch of skin to munch on. It’s so disgusting and disappointing too! Had to throw majority of it away. Not worth the $

Giving this outlet a 1-star review cos they have repeatedly missed out items in my order. All was fine when I was served by the staff previously but it started going downhill once they started using the self-service kiosk. I always ordered extra serving of chicken and it was clear that there was only 1 serving of it in the bowl judging by the previous times I bought. Unless they suddenly decided to decrease their serving size once they started using the kiosks. And today, I had ordered 2 mashed potato, 2 broccoli and 1 mac & cheese for my sides. Lo and behold, when I opened my bowl, I couldn't even find a shred of broccoli or cheese at all. Well at least I got my 2 servings of chicken this time. Thank you for that.
