Had the Peri Peri chicken thigh with basil pesto rice and fries. Soup is tangy tomato with basil. Taste is great and portion is a little bit small for a big eater like me, though I'm pretty sure its alright for a normal eater. If anything, I might not visit too often due to its price. I won't say its unreasonable but I would prefer to eat something else with more volume in comparison to the price.

Portions were good, staff was helpful. Just felt that the soup was served lukewarm, not so appetizing. This had been the case at another branch I visited recently too. Generally ok, could have been much better with hot soup

Food here was in great portions and the taste of both the soup and the steak was absolutely impeccable! Definitely coming back for more!

This is located at level 1 at Changi City Point Mall. They have a union of three The soup spoon, Grill Knife and the Burger. The ambiance is quite a different like a caved place but frankly to say the taste was not up to the mark. It will be a on the go type of restaurant. Can have food only once here. On the good note the service persons are so pleasant and warm👏🏻👏🏻

Service staff apparently the manager was unresponsive when I enquired about my special request . My partner and me frequen soup spoon alot and the service at changi city point was utterly disappointing. She didn't seem interested to service us and the salad came wrong we had to send it back to the kitchen . My partner order the grilled chicken breast and the fried were over cooked. We were already famished and it was almost dinner time. I think that it wasn't worth the money or being a member anymore. The manager on duty had a heck care attitude. I was here on 28-8 around 5. I think some standards should be set with quality of food and service staff response.

Went to CCP soup spoon on 28/9. Firstly when we asked the lady at the counter (Christina), if we could add an egg (as we have dined at CCP SP several times and the prev staffs managed to add an egg to our chicken breast order with a fee on several occasions), we were told it is not possible as the system will not allow so. We understand that the customer order screen will not allow it, hence why we asked Christina. With no further explanation eg saying that she has no excess to over right it etc, she simply said unable to, even after we explained that we have managed to do it several times at the same outlet. Then we asked that the sauce and quinoa be separated from the salad . My partner has an allergy to quinoa hence why we asked. Salad came with sauce aside but not the quinoa. We managed to get that sorted after explaining to her at the counter. She simply took the salad, with no expression or any conversation and went to the kitchen. We got the salad back correctly. Then after, the chicken breast meal came with the fries overcooked. It looked like it was left too long or simply refried. We waited till we left to highlight to her. While highlighting to her, she was task oriented and attended to the computer, the order receipts, no eye contact, not even LOOKING like she was interested, listening or had a care in the world. There was no other customers at the counter. I had to politely tell her that it would be nice if she listened and paid attention to a feedback being given by a customer. She rebutted and said that she has food orders and was checking on the orders. NO APOLOGY. Halfway a gentleman in a shirt popped out of the kitchen, we knew he was the one who cooked our meals as we noticed the staff in black top coming in later. We asked is this the standard that SP is as we know that it is second nature to look at what is being served and instinctively know if something is wrong. We asked if this is how fries are being served here and if he would personally consume it. Though he said he would personally consume it, he did admit it was him who overcooked the fries and apologised citing that it was his mistake for not checking. Christina on the other hand did not apologize for anything. We are no believer of the customer is always right but it is basic hospitality skills to look, listen, empathise and SEEM passionate about your role in the company, even if you do not feel like it. We appreciate the gentleman apologising and admitting his mistake. What we do not appreciate is the body language, reply and disinterest Christina showed (more so after we found out that she is the manager on duty). It is basic courtesy to look at someone when they are speaking to you. She disregarded, fidgeted around the counter, looked everywhere else BUT at us, did not bother to even seem like she is empathising with us. We made it very clear that we do not want any service recovery in return, it is feedback given. SP needs to look into training staff to be competent in their job, more so in a service front aspect. It is NOT just about serving the food/getting orders - that's robotic. Even robots look at you at eye level! it's about tact, taking pride in your work, multi tasking and ENGAGING. Hospitality can't be taught. It's either in a person or not. And if it is not in someone's nature then hospitality is not the line to be in.

Had dinner here and the food took quite a while to arrive. It was like 8 30 pm when we ordered so it's quite unreasonable that it took this long. But the wait was worth as the food was so delicious! I had the Grilled Chicken Breast with mushroom sauce (I think) and it was so tasty! The mushroom soup that went with the set was average and the lemon tea that I ordered was not so sweet, which is a nice as it is a healthy option. Might come again!

Can't recommend this place anymore. Food service is slow, portions are miserable and the food is expensive. Had the Cranberry Chicken Fusilli Salad. Can't see the chicken. The few strands of alfalfa and 2 cherry tomatoes don't make it a salad.

All 3 orders were vegetarian food. Very different from the usual Chinese style vegetarian but good!

I been having the same order for few years now. Warrior bowl with spicy dressing. It is a must place to try for food enthusiasts. Hope you enjoy the place as we did at this joint. Bon appétit 😋🍴See you there 🔜

Saigon bowl is good, Pura Vida is not so good, the brocoli is raw and not steamed. The lady staff is not approachable.

Saigon bowl is good, Pura Vida is not so good, the broccoli is raw and not steamed. The place is quite dark but spacious. Self-service restaurant. A casual dining set up. The lady staff (Cashier) is not approachable and not friendly to ask assistance. We know that she is a bit tired from work. But we approached her nicely, but her response to us was not good and frowning.

The food was good though it took about 20minutes to get it when there was not many customers in the restaurant. Came at about 7pm. Most important for us was its halal. It does lean towards healthy eating if you are looking for that kind.

I came the soup The Soup Spoon in a Changi at the first time on 7th Feb, during dinner time like about full of where the place was so busy and i was rushing to go overseas, but luckily i had a supportive by a girl at counter to find for me a single table to complete my dinner on time to head to the airport. Your food was really tasty and sandwich was so delicious what i never had before from my country. I am strongly recommended this restaurant to my friends who loves soup . I just arrived Singapore and wanna write this to rate for your staff who is alone at counter when the outlet was super crowded but till could assist customers as well as she can be done 🫶🏻
