This subway outlet is at Ang Mo Kio Hub, A small cafe with limited seats. Service staff are not properly trained for customer preferences on the sandwich making skills, tubing the sauce on the inside of the sandwich were tubed left to right. Proper way of sauce tubing should be ziz zaz was not taught.

Lady by the name of Nila, who was sullen and could not have worked in a more perfunctory fashion, was so slow with arranging the veggies that she gave the last serving of cucumbers to the patron before me. Shared with them that that shouldn't have happened as I queued solely because I could have the last serving of cucumbers as a consolation for the onions being out of stock, and another indian lady in a bandana who claimed to be the in charge simply shrugged it off. That and also they had ran out of onions by more than an hour before closing time. So no onions and cucumbers, the two most important veggies by 10pm, indifferent and offhand brand of hospitality, and my curry chicken footlong sub was burnt at the rims also thanks to Nila. Would avoid this outlet like the plague in future and go back to the ones in Bishan and Northpoint

Glad I found this subway, I can get a quick fix at a convenient location, wouldn't recommend to dine in as there isn't much space, but the staff are pretty efficient at making your sandwiches on time.

Located at level 1 of AMK Hub Mall. Service was fast. The staff was polite. Most importantly, the staff was quick to prepare the food. They were quite experienced in order to prepare the food so fast. The store was considered clean. Price was still considered reasonable despite the recent increase. It would be value for money to order set meal. Do try their cookies, I quite like it. Overall experience was good.

On 29/08/2023, I went to Subway AMK Hub and ordered a 6" Subway Tuna sandwich for takeaway at 8pm. When I reached the cashier, the cashier asked me if I am taking a set meal and I said Yes. I used PayNow and tapped my credit card for $9.70 which went through successfully. Then she told me that she had wrongly keyed in $9.70 when it should be $10.40, and asked me to top up $0.70 in cash. I did it and as I was in a rush, I didn't check my receipt. By the time, I left AMK on a bus, I re-looked at the receipt and realised that (1) The cashier had wrongly billed me for "Rst Chicken Wrap" with an add-on of Mustrooms. I believe I have been overcharged. (2) The receipt also showed a different time (17:27:00) when it was 8pm. (3) Receipt showed that it was an eat-in, when mine was a takeaway. (4) Receipt showed that I had paid cash $10.40. This is incorrect, as I had paid $0.70 and PayNow $9.70. I have another Contactless sale receipt showing $9.70 deducted. Realising the mistakes made, I immediately telephoned 64833997 which was shown on the receipt. I called a few times but there was no answer, and gave up. This morning, I tried the telephone again and still there was no answer. I am very disappointed with Subway AMK Hub.

I ordered veg pattie....and they gave me cold patty ...even cheese was as it is...came out of oven in few seconds....serving was ok...poured all sauces in side...so was coming out from side and felt dried other inner side...will not buy again from here

Jan 25 630pm. The maleon this duty aren't very interested in providing the things I want. They just want to clear the orders and people out of the store. I ask not to toast my bread but he toast it halfway and bring out. i ask him to redo one. He say cannot.. And the cashier dun even bother to ask to upsize or not and just tell me to pay 8 dollars. Been to many subways. This is the worst one. Lousy service. Would recommend you to go to the Jubilee outlet if u want to have a more pleasant meal.

Do take note that ordering a foot long egg Mayo with set (2 cookies and 1 large drink) is more expensive than ordering 2 x 6 inch egg Mayo daily sets (1 cookie and 1 small drink per set). The male cashier (not the usual lady) did not advise well. I when I pointed out that the price difference is $2.70, he said that you wanted a single set. =_=|| Edit - the cost of a single $6.50 meal deal plus ala carte sub at $6.70 for egg Mayo also doesn’t result in the $15+ paid.

Came to give a compliment to Betsy at this outlet. She really takes the effort to meticulously pack the sub so the filling doesn’t fall out as much, even under time pressure. That’s great service right there! This was during lunchtime on a weekday.
