Terima kasih 🙏🏻 thank you to the kakak who took my order and cash payment 😊 smooth first experience trying this stall just outside of NTUC supermarket. Think I came at the right time as there was little to no queue at most of the stalls in the vicinity 🥹 perhaps another 15 minutes and things will change haha.. Ordered two pieces of banana leaf 🍃🐠 fish otah for SGD 3.40 total. Taste was impeccable for a light teabreak snack :) Perhaps increase the portion of otah meat by five percent or reduce the price by ten cents and you’ll get slightly more favourable reviews and expectations which in turn will lead to more business from customers who are better informed than I 😊👍🏻👍🏻 all the best and hope this franchise will do well in the near future!

I have been buying chicken wings & Otahs from this outlet since this shopping mall open. Recently they changed their staff. A short hair chinese lady had a very bad attitude. I told her i wanted 2 otahs & 2 3 joints wings. And she replied here all is otah, what do you want? Maybe she’s new but all e other staffs will know it’s the original flavour, or she could be nicer & friendlier & ask me original flavour is it instead of saying “here is all otah” with a grumpy face. Saw another bad review here so seems like I’m not the only one not happy about her. If she is not happy to work here then find another job, don’t make customer unhappy here.

There this super annoying staff Chinese lady short hair wear specs. Just reach stall and scrolling the WS for order no. and this lady repeating herself please come here and order, please come here and order, please come here and order. I said collecting order! What is your number, What is your number, What is your number. I said back 008! When I want to grab the order, she pull back and said please confirm order, please confirm order, please confirm order! I said I'm collecting for somebody else, do you understand?! She said I don't know thats why I don't understand ahh thank you! Lee wee Brothers PLEASE educate your staff thanks!

A personal experience so it might not refer to you. Company has awesome food if you purchase from their outlets. But once it comes to delivery, they charge delivery and give timings but it can come at almost any time and generally late is the norm. With our new situation of havkng services delivered, a 20 minute delay is acceptable. Updates are helpful but after an hour with no updates, it becomes a sign on the company. A company this large has other sales to sustain it and thus small purchases are usually the ones overlooked they can survive. Sadly, this cokoaby to me has forgotten its roots and has let the small customers who helped it grow down for want of perhaps profits farewell Lee Wee and Brothers. You have become a figment of my past memories

I just now buy nasi lemak meal, otak and ikan bilis from nex. When I reach home and realise the fish cake it's missing! I feel very disappointed. This is my 1st time met such issue with this store.

The lontong I ordered to take out is terrible.....the lontong kuah is so diluted not creamy, regret ordering the lontong and pls educate your staff about customer service PLEASE.....

Cold chicken wings. Cold otah. There’s a reason why there isn’t any queue anymore. Will never patronise again.
