Used to be good. Now the chocolate chip cookies are dark brown and chocolate chips melted everywhere in the bag. See the freshly bought bag od cookies: can see the melted stains from outside the bag.

bought 200g choc chip and 200g white choc macadamia and paid the respective amount. only realised later that they packed 100g choc chip and 200g white choc. didnt even see them weigh out the choc chip. i was too naive to check after i paid at the time.

Ordered 3 different variety as I never tasted their muffin & brownies before. Opted to give them a try today and reward myself, however upon consuming the product. My mouth was filled with overall sad dissapointed. My first bite were the muffin, and it was delightful as I've never had them before. As a refresher, I tried the Chocolate Chip & Pecans cookies, they don't taste as much as I used to remember them... The store at White Sands baked much better cookies than these... I can barely even taste the pecans. Lastly, I've tasted the brownies, and they were drier than the Sahara desert. Overall, did not enjoy my expreince at this store... and the attending staff also wasn't very nice either...

I bought their white chocolate and macadamia nuts cookies. They were a little too sweet, but still very nice and crunchy on the whole.

Wanted to try a cookie to decide what to buy but my request was rejected. Honestly the cookies are not even fantastic or up to standard for the price you're paying for. Better off just buying ingredients and bake at home better

Doesn't allow for tasting and when I bought, cookies are way too sickeningly sweet. When I wanted to buy an additional bag to split the cookies further myself as the cookies was too sweet, they said company does not allow for it. Won't be patronising the franchise ever again. (It is not the staff's fault)
