Ridiculously slow. Management too cheap to employ the necessary staff. It's one person at the cashier, one person cooking and one person wandering around. Have to wait half an hour for "fast food". Buy KFC and join behind a queue of 20 people waiting for their food.

Zingerito okok only lah. Not cheesy enough. Service still as slow as ever. Standard KFC food. Food generally is ok but the waiting for your food to come need to take quite some time. Not sure are they lacking staff or what... The meal I had anyway is so freaking full lol. Only thing to improve is service I guess.

The standard of food here is simply unacceptable. I’ve been here multiple times in the morning, each time with the ludicrous hope that it will be better than the previous time. The porridge is so watery it feels like you’re drinking salted rice water. There were literally only 1.5 pieces of chicken in my bowl, which itself was only 2/3 full. I have never had such an atrocious experience in other KFCs before - please close this outlet down as it is a disgrace to the brand name.

review got removed for some reason so here’s a repost. my order got delayed for more than 1 hour. asked the staff for my order status and they didn’t check but just told me to continue waiting. after 1hr 30min and no signs of my order, i had to cancel and was told to wait 3 weeks for my refund. worst experience

KFC with some personal touch of uncle Philip. In service industry the place is not only popular by the food rather service provided. Philip at KFC NTU is always taking a step forward to make your day. He writes a simple cheering note for students, staff or visitors at the place. Come and visit this KFC and be welcomed by wonderful staff.

please improve the speed of serving food. 20 minutes and not even 5 orders are served. Please provide proper training to your staffs to improve their speed.

Long waiting time of about 45-60 minutes Food packing is slow making it a bottleneck. Thus the food becomes bad, fries soggy and bun hardened. Aircon spoil and ventilation bad.
