This restaurant is located at the basement of tampines ONE. Just take the escalator down, and you will see the restaurant when you turn to your right. Food is and has always been consistently good! Time to change those sofa seats, I was really sinking in when I tried to use them. One can expect to spend around $15-$25 here.

Eaten here a couple of times. Service is fast and food taste good. My usual go to option is their Beef Pepper Rice. This time trying their new Cheesy Omelette with Beef ($15.90). Taste good 👍

Went there for lunch with my new colleague, this time ordering process is by qr code. Its quite seamless but troublesome thing is we have to get it confirmed at the counter. Its quite pointless in this case as we still need to Q up. I think the ordering process should be further improved. Nonetheless food is good, new menu for dine in only - satay chicken.

Food has always been nice at this branch. Skip the dish with sausages cuz the sausage tasted meh. Tips: Food will be very tasty even if you choose no salt & no margarine (& no rice for me). Do try it if you want to eat slightly healthier, won't disappoint.

Consistent food, amazing service! Our friendly server Syadah was super attentive and even offered to babysit our crying toddler while we eat!

Food was all right had the jumbo beef though it was abit on the oily side but still good had the miso soup set as well soup was a-little bland the staff went very attentive as I waited at the counter for abit though I was the only person there I had to ask then I was served. Overall it’s not too bad. The condiments were almost empty as well hope they were more attentive to overall.

Was really disappointed with the beef pepper rice as it was soooooo oily my rice were just soaked in oil. I kept using the tissue to soak the oil up but it just wasnt enough (can refer to the picture). Aside from the really smoky atmosphere, the ordering system is really inefficient as well. You have to order from the QR code, and even if u make payment online, you still need to go to the cashier to let them scan/process your order. This defeats the purpose of having an online ordering system. Prices here are much higher than those u find at kopitiam/koufu as well. Really disappointing..

Staff didn’t want to let me sit despite there being empty tables, and told me I should order first. A while later another colleague came over and let me sit. Thanks for the service recovery. Counter staff overfilled my drink and didn’t even bother to give me a tissue. Staff could use more training and more common sense when dealing with customers.

It was tasty and quality consistent, it have many outlets in Singapore, price was still reasonable. But be prepared to smell if dining in, the ventilation not so good. Service for the food was fast. Overall still recommend to try with craving or nearby.

Went on a saturday dinner time around 6.45pm. Expect long queue during dinner time.. especially during fasting month. Ordered their Ala Carte Australian Beef Pepper Steak (130g) for $20.90 + one free choice of sauce (Cheese sauce, brown sauce and hickory BBQ sauce). Pretty expensive… Jumbo Chicken Pepper Rice - Set B (1 drink + 2 side dishes/icecream) is $20.50 Jumbo Beef Pepper Rice - Set A (1 drink + 1 side dish/icecream) is $18.50 I love cheese so I got the cheese steak sauce but it just taste like store-bought cheese sauce which was eh. This Australian steak is on their premium steak menu but I felt that the steak’s cut was too thin and doesn’t really taste high quality to be honest.. I mean.. couldn’t expect a lot from a lunch express food outlet, so that’s that. They could be more generous with the amount of broccoli too as they gave only 2… On a high note, at least the food came piping hot and taste decent. Will I come back again in terms of steaks? Not really, there are better options as compared to this. Maybe they are known more for their beef/chicken pepper rice but I stopped ordering that. From past experience, the portion control was not consistent even though I ordered the jumbo size version but the quantity of meats were not justified. -1 for waiting time ( waited close to 15 minutes to submit my order as there is only one cashier open… ) -1 for quality

Oh love the sizzling sound whenever the food comes hot on the grill pan 🥰 Be prepared to smell when you step out of the restaurant though. Highly recommend their mashed potato, it is very delicious!! The tables are packed quite close to each other. The sofa was quite torn up and uncomfortable to sit in, hope the management feedback to change it.

Had the Chicken and beef with Cheese-Curry sauce. It is nice how they serve it and how it looks. BUT.. taste - very very boring. I tasted only a middle quality Curry Powder. No other taste reconizeable. Rice overcooked.. sad if the taste and the rice would be better it would be a nice food experience. Maybe next time with another dish.

This is a really unfortunate incident that could be avoided at the new tampines one branch at level 4. We have ordered the ramadan set and order a slice of cheese cake as well. However, the cheese cake could have been added on to the set as side dishes add on for $2.50 rather than keying the cheese cake order as another order for $4.50. I felt cheated and the cashier refuse to refund us as the payment have been made. Even communication was not clear at the point of order, the cashier should have known that the cheese cake could have added as a add on side dish into our ramadan set. This is disappointing as it does not made justice for the nice food that they served.

I went here to eat dinner. They are now located on level 4 of Tampines 1 Mall. They offer variety of meals. You cna either order on the que, or oder by scanning the QR code. The Chinese lady staff who assist me on my table has a good manner on informing the customers. While the young guy who served my order is like walking lousy. Food-wise, becaue it was in the hot plate, when you mix it all together the serving is just as half of the plate. Taste is not bland nor salty. Ambiance of the store, they improved compared when they were on B1 location of the mall.
