Pretzels here is unlike those in johor or k.l where its soft and able to maintain its softness and flavour till the next morning date . Its hard a rock . Im not even sure why people queing for it. The caramel sauce doesnt taste as nice as once had it at johor .

Recipe still the same. Nice to eat. But the counter staff already sick & tired of working facing a long queue. Went there on 7 Jan ard 4:30pm ordered 5 boxes of cinnamon sticks, need to repeat 3x of my order as she did not concentrating on me but kept looking at the queue. Not even a simple thank you, did not mentioned total order price instead just saying ok after paying. Not going there anymore unless she is not working.

Redeemed my birthday 1-1 deal here at the Jurong Point outlet after having a dismal experience at JEM previously - and was satisfied with the experience this time around 👍🏻 The pretzel came out rather warm, which was a good improvement versus the stale ones we got at JEM, and given that it’s 1-1, it’s definitely worth it for the pretzel.

Just remove anything with raisins from your menu. The first time I wanted to buy cinnamon raisin, staff said it was unavailable. I trusted them as it was late like 8pm. But I've been purposely trying to order it but each time even earlier during the day, lunch time or even at 3pm, they said it's unavailable. It's funny how they lie each time thinking I'm a new customer. Been happening for months before I gave birth and few months postpartum. Just remove the raisin specials from the menu rather than lying to us.

Asked for and was charged for the caramel dip but how disappointed I was when I discovered the staff did not pack it for me. Almond pretzel was dense, hard and not warm. Somehow these taste better in Malaysia
