I accidentally spilled a drink on myself (my fault) the staff had zero initiative and didn’t even know I had spilled my drink until my mum went to tell the manager that I had spilled my drink. The lack of initiative from the workers just kinda let me down. I wasn’t expecting a new drink if anything just maybe some tissues or something but I got nothing. This is the first time I’ve ever tried jinjja chicken sure the food is nice but the service is honestly just pretty bad… I’m kinda disappointed.

Newly opened and refurbished to Jinjja Kitchen from Jinjja Chicken. Serve korean food such as pasta and stews (Although it does seem like a fusion) Soy bean stew is my go to, a little spicy and salty at the same time. Easily accessible, located at T2 departure.

The menu here got few different with other jinjja outlet. Their fried chicken drumstick taste never go wrong, still quite good. Prefer their pasta than their hot plate rice.

Extremely slow service for the restaurant near departure hall. Waited for 25 mins for my pasta but is not done. I tried to approach to the staff mentioned I’m rushing for my flight. End up I give up my food, so wasted!
