Located in Tampines central level 1. Friendly staffs who give professional service. Cleanliness is superb. Only can sit max 2 people due to pandemic. Abit noisy but it's fine. Nice place to chill, have a drink and snack. Reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Price wise for 3 of us we paid 42$ quiet reasonable...Hashbrown ..scramble egg...muffins was so yum. I had Avacado pomegranate toast was yum...drinks was also upto the mark ...will recommend for kids as my 6 year old enjoyed food here. Good ambience...n comfortable seating. We loved our dinner ...less spicy.

One of the best place to chill when you are tired from walking around. Pretty standard drinks and cake. The reason for deducting 1 star was because they had a sign "please wait to be seated", but we waited for quite a few mins and was ignored and nobody was there to usher you in.. so anyway after few mins i just went in myself lol. Probably can remove the sign if its not required anymore.

Average coffee with pretty normal breakfast set, the only plus point is promotion going on, ie complimentary a cute cold cup with every $20 spent. By the way, the services can be improved, the crews could be more friendly and smiley, maybe they are understaffed and just too busy, nonetheless this left me with unpleasant experience there.

I recently visited the Coffee Bean outlet in Tampines and I must say, I am impressed with the level of customer service provided by Haris, Hafiy and Izzah. They were extremely polite and humble throughout my visit to the outlet. But what impressed me the most was the quality of the Chai latte that they made for me and my business partner. It was absolutely delicious! The staff at the outlet were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. They were also happy to answer any questions we had about the menu and provided us with some great recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend this Coffee Bean outlet to anyone who is looking for quality beverages and excellent customer service. Thanks Haris, Hafiy and Izzah for making our visit a memorable one! Keep up the great work!

Just want to commend the service level of the staff. We accidentally dropped our drink into the table-top bin, and the staff graciously prepared another drink for us. He even came over to ensure we all got our drinks. We'll done Mr Hafiy.

Food is severely overpriced. Look at this Spicy Tuna fusilli (think it was $12.90 before GST) that resembles food from a certain budget pasta chain. Worse, it tastes exactly like what I prepare at home - a can of Ayam Brand spicy tuna mixed with lukewarm fusilli. I didn't pay a premium to eat something I can whip up myself. Anyway I think at least the staff are pretty patient though they look v busy with the evening dinner crowd.

Came here on the 11March 2024 for breakfast. Made my order at 0945. Received order at 1020. A 30 min wait for scrambled eggs and waffles. Potatoes and waffles were cold. Eggs microwaved but lukewarm. A 30min wait and food was cold? Ridiculous. Unacceptable. Charging $20 for breakfast which is late and cold. Tables were not cleared from previous diners and people started stacking at the main entrance. Very very very poor service. Never again.
