I usually buy from this outlet but the food quality really varies depending on the service staff. Have never had to request for less sauce as the amount is usually just nice, but this time round it was massively excessive and I had to remove the veggies to wash them and rid of the sauce. Will need to take note to request for less sauce next time😰😵💫

I DO FOOD DELIVERY, I WAS AT THE OUTLET BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN ON THE GRAB DEVICE NEVER CHANGE THE RECIEPT PAPER ALSO. AFTER I REACH THERE DEN DO EVERYTHING. IT WAS ALREADY 10AM. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO OPEN OUTLET AT 8AM AS STATED ON WEBSITE.

i ordered a meal and i picked 2 white chip macadamia cookie and sprite but ice lemon tea , a raspberry cookie and a chocolate chip cookie came? tried to call the number but no one answered at all

Everything is as it would be in a subway, service by part timers was subpar, even though this is no restaurant, service should be of certain standard for customers to feel welcomed

Super slow service, with just 3 customer infront of me with individual orders. I waited for 30mins. 1 staff on duty doing all the work, making the sandwiches to cashier. Even doing grab orders despite only 1 staff. Utterly disappointed given that its the first visit, will not return to this particularly terrible outlet

My personal experiences ordering from Subway at different outlets differ most of the time, depending on the service staff on duty manning the outlets. Generally it’s more uncommon these days to meet F&B service crew who make an effort even to appear friendly, helpful and accommodating to customers’ requests if any🥹; shout-out here to the young staff - Harshini who made my day (and my delish sub haha) with her warm and personable service🙂. Thank you!👍🏻💯
