Good cakes so I rated 4 stars But I recently encountered a pushy staff that turns me off. I reserved a $45 round cake, upon collection the below happened: First she pushed on getting the cake bundle package $58 (1 round cake, 4 packs treats & a cooler bag) which I thought…. alright the bag might be useful. Secondly, she pushed for $2 top up to get a free tub of ice cream. When I refused the further deal she is reluctant to close my purchase. I am not adventurous when I don’t even know what is “Birthday Cake” favour ice cream. She couldn’t explain “Birthday Cake” favour but ask me to read the label myself. Personal advice: Melvados provides good cakes but visit other outlets….

Friendly staffs (both online and offline)! Minced Chicken Lasagne was outstanding, but a little salty if you were to add the tubs of sauces that came along with it. Salmon Lasagne was creamy and not too bad as well.

Staff is very good Coconut n seeds cluster taste wow n perfect Almond biscotti is ok but gives too strong egg smell. Pl try coconut seed cluster really yummy n I recommend has 7.4gms fibre Visited harbour outlet

Waited more than 10 minutes because staff need to take stock. Who does that on Christmas Eve on a Saturday lunch crowd?! It took less than a minute for the staff to pass me the cake. Ridiculous service.
